Ive been playing football manager 2010 for the past week now, and all i can say is LOVE IT! Best of the series so far, im so addicted its unbelievable.

I might. I've been hearing a lot of good things about it, like best RPG in a while, but the system requirements are pretty taxing so dunno if I can run it

Well you could play it on a console, according to gamspot it runs best in this order;

PC > PS3 > 360

Kinda old, but still - Fifa 09 on PC was just bloody fustrating!!! so many problems it p*ssed me off so much!

Im still stuck on SF4 on PS3!!!!!!! Its sweeeeet!!! I might get Tekken 6 not too sure yet hmmm tempting tho lol

I've just read an interesting article stating that XBox 360 owners are defecting to PS3 though no one really knows the reason why.

Meh, I don't have enough CPU to run Dragon Age on proper settings. The recommended requirements say you should have CPU 2,4Ghz while I only have 2,24Ghz. The rest of the requirements I handle easily. I really don't want to run the game half heartedly. Guess the wisest choice for me is to buy it on Xbox 360. Btw, anyone know if it'll be possible to play with others at all? Like on Fable it was possible to join other player's world and coop the game together, which was kinda awesome.

no its a singleplayer game only. BUT OH MAH GAWD IT IS SO AWESOME. And the game will probably look better on your pc than your 360 lol. The recommended specs are pretty much for the high end settings, even on medium, the game still looks better on PC lol. Also its much more fun to play the game with a PC. So get it for the PC. ASAP

Hmm, but I can't run it full power on PC! Is it that much better on PC? I really have to reconsider then. A hard choice lies ahead, lol. To bad it's not any multiplayer options at all, that's a huge downside really regardless of how awesome the game is. Coop always doubles the fun.

Dragon Age got some really good reviews and from what I've heard of people who have it, it sounds like a really good game

I should probably get around to buying it so me & my brother can play. I should be ok system requirement wise since I OCed my CPU to 3.1GHz lol

yes its much better on PC, not saying that the console versions are bad though. PC is the way its meant to be played. And don't reconsider, its really good.

I don't know if it's jusf me, but I hate playing on pc: IMO, games are meant to be played on videogames, you just don't need to buy or switch a new peripheral every times, the videogame hardware is unique

It's just a question of differences.

PCs are more powerful hardware-wise than consoles though and if you have a good PC, it'll render games better than consoles can(check this link for a few comparisons). Currently, most "HD" games output at 720p with a few of the PS3 game at 1080p. PCs can push past this resolution quite easily and have done so for years. PC graphics also have better AA tools.

Also, certain games are just odd for the console. Things that require a mouse or keyboard just don't feel the same if you hook those up to a console(considering you need a desk/table for those peripherals). Any "pro" FPS player would mention that PC is their preferred platform for example. Also, there's a reason Starcraft and Warcraft failed when they were ported to consoles.

Yup, there are games and games. I'd never play Team Fortress 2 on a console, and it's weird for me to play Street Fighter on the PC (although that is much more "doable" for me than TF2 on a console, i think - as long as I have a nice gamepad...)

So well, the only annoying part is keeping up with the specs. And nowadays even console games need instalations from time to time... T_T

its cheaper building a good computer that can last you a 3-4 years, than constantly having your 360 RRoD-ing

and PS3 haes no gaemz

besides you do a whole bunch of other useful stuff with PC's.
