All my friends were so crazy about SNSD that they all went to JYP auditions a while ago. Of course, none of them got in.

One of them, I believe, was deluding himself into thinking that JYP auditions would be the turning point of his life. His fantasy: be accepted, become Korean Celeb/Star then marry Jessica. Lol.

Problem is, he doesnt even speak korean.

Wait, why would they go to JYP when SNSD is with SM?
Ohhh, was it because of those JYP/some Aussie company auditions in Sydney a few months back? My friends wanted to go to that, but that would mean missing school.
There are online auditions for SM though. You don't need to know any Korean though. If you get in, they'll teach you, from what I've heard.

I never understood japanese, but due to reading/watching to much manga/anime, i understand a few words.
I never understood korean... i don't even know a single word

BUT... i was listenin' to some of their music, and guess what?

I FREAKIN' LIKE THEM. Sure some songs are but there definitely are some great ones. Without myself realizing i suddenly started to sing the refrains of "Gee" or "Genie"

Haha, us international K-Pop fans... we hardly understand any of the Korean AT ALL and we still go crazy over all the songs.

Anyway~ Are you listening to SNSD's new Jap album? If so, which songs do you like? And... the original Korean songs, or the remade Jap ones? (Gee, Genie, Run Devil Run and Hoot.)

Ohh, I see... working your way through all their albums. Well hopefully you get to the latest one sooner or later. Their Japanese songs (excluding the title tracks... since they're always catchy) are actually growing on me more than their Korean ones...

I've actually learned some Korean from Listening to K-Pop. And I've memorized how some other words sound even though I may not know what they mean.

I tell the difference between my J and K pop by the, feel, I think?

Because I've listened to J longer, I can understand some of what their saying, or at least recognise it. But with K-pop the entire thing sounds foreign to me (Except maybe Gee, and Saranghae?) and the syllables sound more short and sharp compared to Japanese.

And I've probably listened to all of SNSD, I think the rest of my friends are all nuts about them; they have all those Dvd's or photobooks off ebay or whatnot.

I'm just a sort of passive receptor to whatever sounds good.

Finally managed to finish their OH! album. Sure the first songs is catchy, but somehow i'm getting the feeling that in all albums the first song is the only one worth listening

Yeah, that's usually the case... In their Korean albums, I swear, their title tracks have brainwashing messages in them or something.

Though with their Jap album, all of their songs are really catchy and worth listening to. Dunno what they did differently, but in my opinion, it's their best album yet.

Still have to listen to their other songs. Haven't been up to date with K-pop and J-pop recently.

LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL, I just checked the lyrics and found out that it's completly in english. I was 100% it was Korean.

Although I personally like their newer songs better than their old ones...
