OMG! that's pretty tiring working two jobs in one day!
how do you manage your time?
how do you manage your time?

actually i have 2 jobs, but i never work both on the same day its either one or the otherbakashijinsan said:WHOA!
I was just working for a 10 hour shift and I was all complaining to my supervisor about the work load, and you guys are either working 14 hours shits or going two jobs a day?
Man! I salute both of your dedication! *salutes*

the worst i had to go through was 4 jobs and school. it was gloriousbaxteristic said:Yeah, you guys sure work hard. I'm on the hand, has to go to uni as well as working. But as a computer technician (part-time), I guess the workload depends on how many customers are there. Sometimes, it's so busy but there are times when there is no works at all![]()

well its totally your choice but if you want a good life experience besides school you should consider a part time job. sure school is good and all that but in my opinion everyone should see how it is in the real life when youve completed your studies. plus it looks good on your job applications. shows that you have determination and some experience with a job.DemonDays said:Dang, i feel lazy now.
Im 17 and in college and i dont have a job, while all you people are out there beavering away.
I should really get one shouldn't I?

all the more impressive. wow! it seems here in our place, it's quite impossible to get two jobs unless the other one is a sideline job (one you can do anytime you have a free time)BoffenJL said:actually i have 2 jobs, but i never work both on the same day its either one or the other

from the Philippines. here, you can't be having a job on one day and a different job on another. mostly, jobs here require you to work at most five days a week. part time jobs are either 4 hours a day for 5 days or 8 hours in two days and a 4 hour shift on one day for three consecutive days (hope you got thatBoffenJL said:where are you from?

not that i do it very often, i have full control over my money
i am better than my parents at this. money money money
j/k
complicated but i think i got itbakashijinsan said:from the Philippines. here, you can't be having a job on one day and a different job on another. mostly, jobs here require you to work at most five days a week. part time jobs are either 4 hours a day for 5 days or 8 hours in two days and a 4 hour shift on one day for three consecutive days (hope you got that)
and most jobs here do have regular hours like those you explained. but i got lucky. right now i work about 4 days a week at the cinema and its mostly only in the evenings/nights. and in the end of each month we ourselves put together the workschedule, so i can mix and match my days so my jobs dont bump in to each other. and the rec center is mostly on weekends so i try to not work on the cinema those days. whats a bachelor degree?I just saw that! 4 jobs! OMG! oh well, such is the economic stature of our country. can't even get a decent job here even though you finished a bachelor's degree. *sigh*
oh! sorry... we call degrees in college bachelor's degree be it Bachelor in science or bahelor in arts. if you graduate here, let's say as a teacher, you should have a degree in Bahchelor of Science in Education. Something like that.BoffenJL said:whats a bachelor degree?

ok then, that clears up a bitbakashijinsan said:oh! sorry... we call degrees in college bachelor's degree be it Bachelor in science or bahelor in arts. if you graduate here, let's say as a teacher, you should have a degree in Bahchelor of Science in Education. Something like that.![]()
