[Ichimaru Gin n Tonic]

rabb, unfortunately it's not Blade anime. It's the live-action series.

Me, being poetic? I don't even know how to do that. But i don't think we're gonna see any raise, even if i threatened to eat my boss' brain.

[Impel Down]

Threaten to eat your boss's brain, and I think you've lost all hope of getting a raise.

[kadodo]

I wish I could threaten somebody to get a raise but I always have to wait three months before that happens.

[MadDog]

MadDog, really? That's cool, Risd's a great place. I grew up in Providence, so a lot of our babysitters went to school there. Sadly none of them had mohawks, although some of their friends did. And Risd graduation is always an interesting experience

Yeah, I really thought about going there (event went to visit). But, my mom told me I'd end up like my uncle (who's a very unpopular art teacher at a middle school) so I wound up being a business major.

There was a short lived Blade tv show that was on for a few episodes around this time last year. I think it was Spike TV (in the US). It was ok, but not great. The best thing about the show was that Sticky Fingaz (from Onyx) played Blade...make some noise, and just, JUST SLAM! duh duh duh, duh duh duh

[PaperYomiko]

Maybe you're a natural poet, Ichi. Not everyone can write a line like that

MadDog, did you watch the all star game? pretty exciting 9th

[rabb]

i was watching my nephew at his all star game during the all star game, so im out in the dark here, what happened? (my nephew lost, btw 6-9)

[theshizzle]

Sometimes its good idea to look for another job if you are not satisfied.. there are always

open doors everywhere especially on a higher level, you just got to look.

[MadDog]

Too bad about your nephew's game Rabb.

Anyway, the AL ended up winning as usual (5-4).

Like Yomiko said, the NL made it interesting in the 9th. With two outs and a man on, Alfonso Soriano homers to get them within a run. Then, the next 3 guys walk, loading the bases for Aaron Rowand, who then pops out.

The best part of the game was Ichiro's in the park homer. It also doesn't hurt that the Red Sox will have home field advantage in the series because the AL won.

[theshizzle]

Ichiro kicks ass, MLB should be international like they are trying to do with the NFL and NBA.

some of theses NBA champions are dubbed World Champions, when they are not..globalize

sports industry.

[~Lilium~]

ichi, they're making an anime out of blade? ahhh d00d thats so frickin awesome! i love those movies. as completly sucky as they are, i love them.

@sakura_hime, you work at a game store? that must be nice. do they give you discounts or let you take games home?

Yes, a week ago.. I wish they're gimme a PS3 but the manager told me that if the owner paid you with this damn PS3, then i'll do it my self (My work his mean) T___T

[The Boff]

im soooooo booooooooooored.....
working all day listening to kids scream at their parents that they want popcorn is kinda annoying after a while.
and listening to the harry potter movie 4 times a day kinda sucks a bit too...

ah well atleast i get payed.

[PaperYomiko]

meh I feel the same way about work, Boff...I'd rather be at the beach especially on a day like this

I don't have to deal with screaming kids though, I have to deal with people with so much money they don't blink an eye at dropping 80 bucks on a bottle of water...

[The Boff]

holy crap!?!
where do you work?

[PaperYomiko]

in a store that's part of a really fancy marina...I guess when you've got a huge yacht 80 bucks is no big deal

[kadodo]
