You're not alone, Pirates. I have to work tomorrow and Sunday too. Sinatra said, that's life.

But i really wouldn't call it work. I only got half-day tomorrow and then i have a class, goes teh same for Sunday.

Well, true that. But i'm cutting down my not-working-at-work time. I have to be an example for my coworkers now.

well, i work here longer than most of the other employees here and i don't want anyone to think that the boss having double standards for myself and several others.

My coworkers are doing just fine, and i never tell on them unless they're really screwing up. But i usually try to talk to that person (if they work in my division).

if i screw up at work i have to recognize the problem n fix it myself, the boss dosent say anything unless its a huge problem

I work for a small company with long hours, so it's a common situation for the staff to be real friends instead of just a person that works for the same company. It's like in war movies, where soldiers becomes real close and trust each other to watch their backs.

you really have to have passion makin food not just eatin it..

Think of it like this, a patron came in, ordered and eat. And when they go home, they'll say (for instance) "man, that was the best <insert here food name> in the world! and i've tasted plenty! i gotta go back to <insert your workplace here> for some more!"

I just got a funny/weird idea. What if there's an airplane themed restaurant. The costumers will come in a greeted by waiters dressed as a steward/ess checking their boarding pass and taking them to their seat -- arranged like airplane seats. and then costumers can place their coats/belongings in the overhead compartments. When the meal is served it'll be served by air steward/ess with a trolley like airplane food (but doesnt taste like one), complete with plastic cups and cuttlery.

That's the whole point. It's an airplaned themed restaurant with airplane-style serving. So if the food doesn't taste so good, they can't complain. Just tell them, "well, it's airplane food. what do you expect, the food's gonna taste like those in world famous restaurants? get outta here, after paying of course."

Chef Ramsey is a popular fine-dining chef. He has a show called Hell's Kitchen. He's a mean-ass sucker sometimes

Gordan Ramsey is the bomb. He had a show on BBC called Kitchen Nightmares where he went into people restaurants that were loosing money and tried to help them improve. I heard he is doing an American version as well.

the tv shows dun matter at all, ramsey's got 2 michelin stars. thats hella good.

a chef i know ate at his restaurant in london, he said that it wasnt all that special though..
