Some parents delay their birth registration a day or week. In some cases it goes up to a year or abit more. In some places they would write the baby birthday on the same day of the registration not the actual birth date. Maybe he meant that.

why is my antivirus detecting your image as a virus XDDD hahah

nvm, I figured it out. I was connected to the university WIFI, which blocks certain sites, and when a site is blocked, the certifacate becomes corrupted and thus my antivirus sees it as a threat XD
I tried with another WIFI and it's fine
