This thread is meant for general discussions and speculations about the succession war.
I will steadily fill this opening post with all relevant information we have about the different princes so far so that we do not lose track about their different agendas.
The poll will be reset every time a prince dies.
This thread is also totally there to build different teams of favourite or most hated princes
So, here we go:
First prince Benjamin Hui Guo Rou

Benjamin is the supreme vice councellor of the Kakin Military. That gives him the right to install his private soldiers as bodyguards of all princes except Tserriednich (since he has special rights as the first Queen Unma's son).
Benjamin uses his soldiers as spies and, if possible, assassins for the other princes.
Currently installed bodyguards are:

-He can wrestle down and kill lions with his bare hands and seems to like fighting in general.
-He didn't let his Bodyguards participate in the hunter exam because, according to Tserriednich, he was too proud to let them be judged by people he deemed inferior. Tserriednich, in reference to the seven deadly sins, equated him with the sin of Pride.
-He is a lot smarter than his apperance and temper suggests. He listens to his advisors.
Second prince Camilla Hui Guo Rou

Nenguardian: It looks similar to a huge jellyfish.
Current agenda:
Camilla urges her mother Duazul to kill Benjamin first and then Halkenburg (her own son) and by controlling Duazul, she gains valuable influence over a series of Bodyguards.
Currently, via initative from Duazul, first prince Benjamin's private soldiers and second queen Duazuls installed bodyguards are working together under the supervision of Duazul's bodyguard captain Mandon.
However, Camilla didn't send her guards to learn nen from Kurapika.
Kurapika in turn suspects she knows about nen.
Trivia:
-She is very proud and refers to herself as 'Cami' instead of 'I'.
-She has a bad relationship to Halkenburg.
Third prince Zhang Lei Hui Guo Rou

Zhang Lei has no own bodyguards that know nen, which is why he contacted Kurapika to learn it from him. In exchange for getting first hand knowledge from Kurapika, he granted Prince Woble some of his own bodyguards (even tho he intended to send him some of which he knew that they were loyal to other princes).
Aside from Slacker, who he does not have control of, he sent Hashitou and Sakata to Prince Woble.
Trivia:
-His skintone changes to black sometimes. It is not known why.
-Oito's made Shimano thinks that he does not enjoy killing the younger princes and will not do so if
he is not force to do it.

Currently, Tserriednich is set on learning nen. His bodyguard Theta, who is the only one of his guards of which he knows that they know nen, is supposed to be his teacher.
Theta intended to teach him as badly as she can so he learns slowly, since she thinks his character is not right for being so powerful, but Tserriednich found out and threatened her (indirectly with his nenbeast).
Furthermore, Tserriednich and Tubeppa teamed up in terms of gaining knowledge about nen and exchanging information. However, Tserriednich questions whether Tubeppa will survive the next banquet.
Trivia:
He despises ignorance and stupidity the most on this world, thinking a person who does not surpass a certain intellectual minimum is not a human after all.
He kills people (so far women) for his own pleasure, but enjoys it more when they are intelligent individuals.
He possesses eyes from the kura clan, which is the reason Kurapika wants to meet him.
He says the thing he hates the most in the world are lying women.

Oito's maid Shimano thinks that Tubeppa has critical opinions about Kakin's system and would want to keep the younger princes alive, while also not being the one to contact people directly and let her agents do it for her instead.
Sixth prince Tyson Hui Guo Rou

Tyson has shown intention to win the deathmatch, but seems to be too selfabsorbed and incompetent to actually participate in it. She also doesnt want her guards to learn nen from Kurapika.
She wrote a person 'bible' in which she is the messiah and hides in her room to get praised by her guards and maids and relax.
Trivia:
-She didnt let her bodyguards participate in the hunter's exam because according to Tserriednich she was too afraid of them getting dirty or injured.
-It is also said that she chooses the bodyguards after their good looks.
-In reference to the seven deadly sins, Tserriednich equated Tyson with Envy.
Seventh prince Lazarus Hui Guo Rou

Nenguardian: It looks like an erect Penis with mouth, eyes and wings.
Known agenda: Tyson does not seem to think he can win the deathmatch, he also didn't want to learn Nen personally (it takes too long, he thinks). However, he sends his guards to learn nen from Kurapika. He just relaxes in his room and smokes.
Trivia:
He is a smoker.
His bodyguards failed the hunter exam because they did not pass the lie detector Test since they had hidden agendas (assassination) in mind (according to Tserriednich's guess).
He has several friends in the drugaddict scene and takes drugs himself

When his mother urged him, after a long night of partying, to pull himself together and participate, he told her he has a great plan that he will pull off at the next banquet dinner.
Trivia:
He is easygoing and chills in his room with many escort women.
Ninth prince Halkenburg Hui Guo Rou

He asked the King of Kakin to withdraw from the succession war. The king told him to do so if he pleases.
It isn't clear yet why Halkenburg asked for this, however, he voices this plan after talking to Tserriednich at a dinner party.
After that, Halkenburg returned to his room and found all his guards dead. He collapsed and when he awakened, his guards were fine again for unknown reasons.
Halkenburg sees a feather on his hand, which suggests that his nenbeast (which is winged) has something to do with it.
Halkenburg sends his guards to learn nen from Kurapika.
Trivia:
He studied physics at a world famous college and is a good archer.
He had to go to a boarding school in young age because his father could not control him.
Tenth prince Kacho Hui Guo Rou

Most of her bodyguards and maids seem to hate her because she abuses them, but Melody feels like this is a fake persona.
She told Fuugetsu that she will win the deathmatch with the two of them surviving and then ask their father to spare Fuugetsu.
However, Melody thinks that this might be a lie.
It is highly possibly that Kacho wants to sacrifice for Fuugetsu and protect her and puts up that persona so it will be easier.

-She choose her bodyguards after how they looked and took only ugly ones.

Known agenda:
He seems to be too young to really voice opinions, we didn't see him talk yet. However, his mother Sevanchi favourited him over his sister and does everything she can to protect him.

He likes his pet hamster and video games.
Due to his young age, he seems to not yet be completely sure about formalities of royality, rather looking at his pet hamster than talking to guests in the black whale.
Fourteenth prince Woble Hui Guo Rou

Nenguardian: Currently unknown, but implied to have attacked the guards that were not in control of Oito.
Known agenda:
As a baby, her mother does decide in her place. Oito does not want to participate in the deathmatch.
Oito instead wants Halkenburg to win the deathmatch, because she has information about him with which she can blackmail him so that he cannot go after her.
Oito and Kurapika intend to enable Oito to flee togethe even before the deathmatch concludes with Woble from the black whale at some point.
Of her original bodyguards, only Kurapika and Bill are left, and Bill says the only two options he sees to get Oito off the boat either involve Pariston or Beyond.
Kurapika agreed to teach nen to all the other prince's bodyguards (up to 2 for each) and by that intends to force a stalement in terms of power.

Kurapika seemed to begin to care for her emotionally when he first held her.

Since the bodyguards take utmost importance in this arc, i will list all the named and alive bodyguards, sorted by ther affiliation, here, together with a short summary of what they are up to atm.
While I already wrote some of their actions above, those are only if they are integral to the current agenda of a certain prince.
They will be mentioned here even if they just are on standby or trivial surveillance missions.
The Bodyguards will be ordered by who actually controls them, NOT by who formally controls them.
As thus, Benjamin's soldiers might formally be controlled by a lower prince, but they will be listed under his soldiers (not unma's), while Marayam's bodyguards (if they are not hunters) will be listed as Queen Sevanchi's guards.
This seems to enable a broader understanding of the situation instead just listing the persons.
Bodyguards of the queens:
These guards and agents are under direct control of the Queens, including those who are under formal control of the princes (for example, Kurapika is under formal control of Woble, while obviously it is Oito who can give him orders).
Bodyguards from the Hunter Association:
The bodyguards of the Hunter Association are under formal control of the corresponding princes, but being hunters, they often have own agendas and reasons to be there.

- Bladge, he was bodyguard of Momoze and wanted to kill her. He is in custody now but he was not the killer.
- Laroc, he guarded Momoze but wanted to kill her. After her death, he is under investigation but was not the killer.
Swinko Swinko has only one son, Sale Sale, and wants him to win at all costs. However, it seems like she does not trust him enough to control her guards and does actions by herself.
- Muciajo. He guarded Sale Sale's door before and is currently at Nentraining with Kurapika.

- Kurapika, wants to meet Tserriednich to get the scarlet eyes in his posession. He is a bodyguard of prince Woble and, by now, coordinates the planned escape and protection of Oito and Woble.
- Melody, on board as part of Kurapika's team to get the scarlet eyes. Is part of Kacho's bodyguards.
- Hanzo, on board as part of Kurapika's team to get the scarlet eyes. Was meant to protect Momoze, but Sevanchi redirected him to the protection of Marayam instead.
- Biscuit, on board as part of Kurapika's team to get the scarlet eyes. Is part of Marayam's bodyguards along with Hanzo.
- Bsho, on board as part of Kurapika's team to get the scarlet eyes. He is part of Luzurus' bodyguards.
- Izunavi, on Board as part of Kurapika's team to get the scarlet eyes. Is part of Taithon's bodyguards.
- Bill, employed via Pariston (while it isn't clear under which pretenses). Is part of prince Woble's bodyguards.
- Sayird, employed via Pariston (while it isn't clear under which pretenses). he was part of prince Woble's bodyguards, but after a Nenbeast made him kill other guards, he is in custody right now.
- Vereleinte, a hunter who guarded prince Marayam and is at Kurapika's nentraining now on behalf of Queen Sevanchi who wants him to check whether Kurapika tells the truth.
These are the guards which are under direct and uncompromised control of the princes
BENJAMIN'S GUARDS:
Benjamin, being the surpreme vice counsellor, uses soldier instead guards which are fiercely loyal to him. His group of soldiers is coordinated by his military advisor Balsamico.
Halkenburg's guards seem to have a high opinion of him. They all got a strange mark on their hand from Halkenburg's nenbeast for unknown reasons.
Kacho abuses her guards, which is why they are not really loyal to her and hope she is kileld soon. However, they follow her order.
FUUGETSU'S GUARDS:

- Balsamico Might, captain of the squad. He stays close to Benjamin to give him advise.
- Furykov. He was sent to Kurapika's nentraining.
- Babamaina. He was sent to Woble to spy on him and participates at Kurapika's nentrain.
- Bracchi. He is spying on Tubeppa.
- Coventoba, he spies on Zhan Lei.
- Musse is spying on Camilla. He has an ability that enables him to eavesdrop even through walls. He knows Camilla wants to kill Benjamin and Halkenburg, but has no proof yet.
- Vict. He was guarding Momoze but wanted to kill her. He is in custody now.
- Hashitou, currently guarding prince Woble and attending Kurapika's nentraining.
- Sakata, currently guarding prince Woble and attending Kurapika's nentraining.
- Tenfutori, currently at the nentraining. he is supposed to inform Zhang Lei about who gets into contact with Kurapika during the nentraining.
- Muhan, currently at the nentraining. If unable to learn nen in 2 weeks, he are supposed to kill everyone there with Danjin.
- Danjin, currently at nentraining. if unable to learn nen in 2 weeks, he is supposed to kill everyone there with Muhan.
- Theta. Theta knows nen and has somewhat of an authority over Tserriednich's guards. However, she does not want Tserriednich to learn nen and such teaches him badly on purpose. When Tserriednich found out, he threatened to kill her. Whether he did is not clear by now.
- Salkov, one of Tserriednich's bodyguards. Together with Theta, he does not want Tserriednich to learn nen, but lets her handle it. He can use nen himself.
- Longi, currently at nentraining. He and Maor are supposed to get into contact with Kurapika during the train to make him into an ally for Tubeppa.
- Maor, Second lieutenant in the Kakin army and captain of Tubeppa's guards. He and Longi are at nentraining with Kurapika and supposed to get into contact with him to make him into an ally for Tubeppa.
