Yesterday i mentioned doing 3.65km in 33 min ... the day before that, i did it on like 34 min and 20 seconds.

Today i needed only 31 min and 11 sec!!!!!

But damm, i feel so tired and definitely the workout i ended feeling the worst. When i had already completed 50% of the run i started feeling some pain on the back and for like some seconds i felt like throwing up! But i didn't give up and i started feeling better after a while. Be proud of me Gai sensei!

Maybe that's because i didn't eat properly all day but still ... finishing before the 30 minutes mark seems quite difficult for me at this point, but i won't give up till then!
