Why is the Pluto guy in Astroboy's head?

The Pluto Guy's name is Gesicht, means "Face" in German.

Pluto was based from a Story Arc of Tetsuwan Atom a.k.a. Astro Boy.

The Image is from the Volume One of the Deluxe Edition.
