I confessed I was scare shitless when I read about the Canadian butcher/ kittens serial killer. But stupid curiosity prompt me to watch that awful video. I have seen cadavers quite a few time now in my life for stupid anatomy class. It wasn't the goriness that get to me. I was deeply afraid because I don't understand why something like this occurred. I don't understand what it takes for a person to cross into the boundary of insanity. Also because, I could see myself as a victim. So I read on about him, because if my knowledge was incomplete that fear still persist. And I did just that, then I came across a mention of Jeffrey Dahmer the necrophilia and Dean Corll the candy man. And I read about them too.
I feel like Sensui from Yuyu hakusho who just learned about the dark side of humanity. It wasn't like I was ignorant. I meant stuffs like the Holocaust, lynching, war crimes are pretty scary by themselves but there are certain rationality about them (even as crazy as they were). People that can't be reason with, people that are so driven by their desires, people who have little conscience scare me. However, I have a personality trait that once I knew the ending/complete understanding, I am no longer fearful of thing like that.
I confessed reading about the victims make me sad. To die with so little dignity. To die as a tool, and as an object to satisfy some mad hunger. To die in violent and in pieces. To die with your names being forgotten and eclipsed by your killer's name. At time like these, I recalled Dr.Hiluluk from One Piece, a man dies when he is forgotten. And you know, I wished I had this super mind, that these poor souls could exist in the universe I create. I had this sudden urge to write. Sometimes I wished I believe in paradise, and in God, but I am not.
