Well, why 100% sure ?it's almost 100% sure rebecca will join but she's not on the list?![]()
It could be interesting to develop, don't you think ?

Ah, I remember now. I don't mind seeing him again, but I don't want him to join either.C'mon... Don Krieg's right-hand man? Who gave Luffy the mask to save him from the poison gas? Knocked Don Krieg unconscious once he lost to Luffy?
I don't mind these people possibly joining the crew sometimes in the future, they'd be good additions. I think Bellamy might join - rather, Bellamy is more likely to join than Rebecca, especially since she's the granddaughter of a former king who was likely ousted because of Doflamgino's nefariousness.Hey guys !
Glad to see that this thread is well received.

I agree, Bellamy makes more sense than Rebecca. He's probably going to betray Doflamingo and help Luffy, forcing him to forsake his dream. Since he can't join Doflamingo's crew, he could end up joining Luffy's instead. I'm not convinced anyone is going to join after this arc, but if anyone does, I think it will be Bellamy.I don't mind these people possibly joining the crew sometimes in the future, they'd be good additions. I think so too. I've evoked several theories before about this subject. However, I think that someone has to join and more important, to be part of the current story. For that, there is to me until now 3 or 4 serious pretenders.Ok it's not 100% sure, but whats sure is that they WILL get a new nakama after this arc.
Don't quite like Bellamy . I still hold a grudge for what happened back at Jaya but still IMO he doesn't fit the crew . I'm sure he has his crew somewhere waiting for him . But he could become an ally like most of the people Luffy meetI agree, Bellamy makes more sense than Rebecca. Nope, his crew no longer exists. It was confirmed two times. So...Don't quite like Bellamy . I still hold a grudge for what happened back at Jaya but still IMO he doesn't fit the crew . What do you guys think about Kanjuro ? Maybe he will be nice nakama material ^_^
He'll be back soon. He has been ordered to kill Luffy. I am going to assume he does not follow through on his orders. He did not seem at all enthusiastic. There will probably a short tussle, not lasting even a full chapter. Then Bellamy will help lead Luffy and Rebecca into the factory, as thanks for Luffy cheering him during B Block.First, I think that until now, he didn't get enought screen-time. More important, he showed us his new skills. He's stronger, that's for sure. But in the end, he lost the battle like simple fodder, only to hype Bartolomeo. Sure, the King's Punch was strong as hell, and I'm certain that even Luffy would have been in troubles. The fact is, it's weird to me to reintroduce a character to make him loose. We don't want a new member who is weak. So, until Bellamy shows us his true new "change" in an outside arena fight, I will say that he would be an useless addition regarding this aspect.
Freed from Doflamingo, he could set out on his own, to form a new crew, and seek adventure. He could promise to always be a friend to Luffy and the Strawhats, and pledge to help them whenever they need. Small crews in the New World need to form alliances with big crews. Luffy is going to need allies to beat Kaido, and will gain even more after. Bellamy's new crew could be one of those allies. I also think Cavendish and Bartolomeo will become allied crews, in the same sense that the Sun Pirates were allies of Whitebeard. For me, it's pretty simple. Either he will die, get trashed, join Heart Pirates, or join Mugiwaras.
I don't think he will join. I don't think anyone from Dressrosa will join. But if someone were to join, he would make the most sense. Oda has surprised us before. Nobody expected Robin would join after Alabasta.Don't quite like Bellamy . I still hold a grudge for what happened back at Jaya but still IMO he doesn't fit the crew . You've got to be able to find crew members in the New World. New crews have to form, old crews have to find new members.Even if your scenario for Bellamy is possible, I can't imagine how difficult it would be for one solitary Pirate to go by himself searching a brand new cry on the New World... Especially if it's a former Pirate of a fallen Shichibukai.
For now, I still don't know what Oda's planning for him. I mean, we have to realize that he came far, and after all that, I would find really disapointing to just use him for the sole purpose of leading Luffy to the factory. Which he could be not even aware of.
I don't think that crews form themselves out of nothing in the New World. Unless you can gather extremely competents people and more important, nakamas, on 1 island. No way a single lambda Pirate could make it through the chaotic see without at least a navigator, and even like that... But I'm going off-topic, plus it's simply my opinion, so let's move on shall we ?I don't think he will join. I don't think anyone from Dressrosa will join. The purpose of bringing him back would be closure, to show the audience that he has grown as a Pirate, and a man. He's no longer the cynical thug from Jaya, but someone with a dream. It would be a nice little message about redemption.

Its okay its not too off-topic from your own thread as we're discussing the methods of gaining nakama.I don't think that crews form themselves out of nothing in the New World. IIRC Lola's crew was from New World so technicaly, you can make a crew there. Its okay its not too off-topic from your own thread as we're discussing the methods of gaining nakama.
And I agree with you strongly that we are yet to see or even hear of something like new crews just forming in New World.
I mean, just to get to New World requires you to have some serious Nakama.
In New World, its Alliances that are formed. Not crews.*
I think all these Dressrosa guys will become Alliance members of the what will later be known as the Straw Hat Alliance.
... And for the past possibilities, for Vivi who really cares for her country, would by quite illogical to become a pirate, but she was really a SH candidate
Well Shanks and Buggy were apprentices, a lot older than Momonosuke is ^^IIRC Lola's crew was from New World so technicaly, you can make a crew there.
About joining the crew on dressrosa, I think Rebecca will in the end be the new queen there, so she is out; Kin'emon & Momonosuke, well Roger pirates had Buggy so Momo is possible... And for the past possibilities, for Vivi who really cares for her country, would by quite illogical to become a pirate, but she was really a SH candidate
I should have been more specific, she was born there.IIRC Lola's crew was from New World so technicaly, you can make a crew there.
Do you really think the Merry counts as one of his "10 Nakama?" lol its was a ship that they loved sure, but I really doubt that he counted the ship towards his 10 nakama.I would like to see a new crewman of other race (dwarf, fishman, giant).
But, Luffy said he would recruit 10 crewman. And he did do that a long time ago.
