I saw Inception yesterday and I loved it. I didn't think it was super mind bending or seriously hard to follow, but from what's talked about over the internets it leaves the viewer with a lot of ability to theorize about the plot, and not in ways that cause flame wars to happen. LOL It's just a very interesting movie and I loved the casting job, particularly DiCaprio, Watanabe, Levitt, and Murphy. I thought Ellen Page was good too, but she was sort of...I don't know, she didn't leave much of an impression with me as the other characters did, but that could just be the way she was written.
Anyways, speaking of DiCaprio, a friend who went with us to see the movie was impressed by him and was surprised because he was generally put off by the DiCaprio image, as I used to be. LOL So again, the man deserves respect since with him comes a certain trustworthy level of quality of the movies he's in.
Another thing that impressed me was the movie had authenticity. Watanabe plays a Japanese business owner, and yes, he does speak English, since it it is an English speaking movie, but his men do speak Japanese to him and his accent is obviously good because he's a native speaker of Japanese. He isn't "Americanized." It's nice to see a producer take the time to get it right instead of just throwing a random Asian person into the role as is the case (or not) with other movies.
It's definitely a movie worth seeing in the theater at least once, and I suspect a lot of people will actually shell out the money for multiple viewings. There's too much subtly in it to only see it once and walk away. I suspect this is something that the nay sayers can't get. They watch it once and for whatever reason don't get it, or don't like it, and they just brush it off without trying to mentally unravel it (which isn't easily done, as there are so many threads woven together to create the fabric of the story).
Last I looked at Rotten Tomatoes it was at 89% positive ratings, one of the highest I've ever seen there.
There's no question that this movie is good. But it's also a matter of taste I guess. Some will just flat out not like it for whatever reason, as with any movie. I say go see it.

. Anywho if your looking for a comedy, and something thats KINDA family friendly then this is the movie to see. I say kinda because there were quite a few jokes that were for the adults but w/e. lol.
). The ending is annoying but in a perfectly good and reasonable way, so you may be pissed but you'll see the strategy behind it and be happy at the same time. Leonardo Dicaprio ONCE again plays in a great movie (I can't seem to find one that he was bad in
