Yeah, f*ck Twilight series xd <yeah, I'm the hater> Now it will once again come great deal of fans <especially female ones> going crazy. Scary, just scary. I'm not going to watch this movie in cinema - just maybe in the future in tv..

No, it's not wrong, or at least I think so - to me it also looked kinda cool, maybe that's why I will watch the movies on some programme, on tv, in the future.. xP

Yeah, I watched Twilight, and then borrowed the book and read it because it was sworn to me that the book was somehow better than the movie. Not so. Both are just a bunch of chaste whining teenage angst that gets so redundant it made me want to beat my face against the wall. The book is worse because it's longer.

I will not be seeing New Moon, and in my opinion this series should not be consumed by anyone over the age of 12.

Seriously. Vegetarian vampires that glitter in the sun.

Buffy/Angel was so much more...cool.

Well when you know how to exploit your target audience properly, the story doesn't have to appeal necessarily does it? In saying that, I don't intend to see it; it took me till a few months ago to see the first one and it wasn't worth all the hype.

Indeed, the Twilight director definitely knows how to utilize shirtless males and romance scenes to attract a lot of viewers. It's also quite apparent that the movie is receiving better reviews from the female audience, and the reason for that is quite obvious. I guess watching the movie is more of a novelty for some people really, rather like the Harry Potter series.

Please don't even try to compare Twilight to Harry Potter. The two cannot be compared in any way. For one, Harry Potter is written well, Twilight is not. Harry Potter has depth, Twilight does not. Harry Potter didn't need to capitalize on hot actors to make money, Twilight does.

And it just so happened that on my family vacation I was forced to sit through a pirate copy of New Moon. I didn't think it was possible for it to be worse than the first one, but it was.

Really the only word I can think of to describe that movie is vapid. It's a vapid waste of dialogue. Nothing even remotely interesting happens throughout the whole movie. The worst part? I hate the characters. I don't give a crap about them to the extent that I wish they would just tragically die so something interesting could happen.

Of course I had to bite my tongue in front of the relatives...who apparently at least like it a little for reasons I cannot comprehend.

I'm so glad I at least had the internets to randomly take my mind off that terrible movie as I suffered through it. lol

well I just got dragged to New Moon.....

can't say I liked the plot or the characters, but one thing the movie did well was cinematography. The movie was shot rather brilliantly, the new director definitely knows what he/she's doing. But besides that the special effects were mediocre and it didn't even have a friggin climax...

YEESSS!!!!! Someone finally agrees!!! Twilight is a complete waste of time. The damn movies have such sorry acting from the two protagonists, and all the vampires ever do with their superhuman strength is push. Have you noticed that? In every vampire fight, all they ever fricken do is push!!! How interesting is that? In Harry Potter, at least they have talent in acting and creativity.

Yes, I do too. Fortunately, I haven't given up on that world. I cling on to the belief that maybe someday (hopefully tomorrow) things will return to normal. That is, when girls bullied guys, when boys dressed as boys and not like girls, when everyone didn't talk about how "hot" those Twilight SOB's were, ect. Clearly I hope for many things to go back to normal.

I actually liked New Moon more than Twilight. At least New Moon had wolves fighting and that old man. He was my favorite Other than those two things it did suck plus all the little girls wouldn't shut up every time the Indian kid took his shirt off....which was a lot.

Disney's A Christmas Carol is pretty good. I've seen almost all of the classic Dickens novel adaptations, and this one's the best I've seen by far.

Just saw Boondock Saints II: All Saints Day. It was really good, not as good as the first one, but definitely worth checking out if you liked the first one. The Willem Dafoe wannabe character definitely wasn't as good as Dafoe's character in the first one, though. All the humor, all the killing, and all the all-around badassness of the first one.

My boyfriend said that movie was really good. Scary sort of and not really good for little kids. I haven't seen it so I don't know.

True, some of the kids around me were getting freaked out. But I don't think letting kids watch it'll turn them into little monsters (at least not any more than they already are). When I was growing up the rules on movies weren't that tight, so I got to see tons of freaky crap in the cinema (e.g. Children of the Corn), but I turned out alright.

Yeah, I had seen pretty much every sort of movie by the time i was like 8. Heck I watched Evil Dead when I was 5. I grew up on scary movies.

Anyways, Planet 51 was actually okay. Mildly funny, not over the top, slightly trite, but not too bad. I'd say I like it a lot better than crap like Kung-Fu Panda. It wasn't as funny as Monsters vs. Aliens, but I think it was a better movie than it though. It had a little more substance even though it lacked Seth Rogan's comedic presence.

I liked Rover and his obsession with rocks...
