This song from the American singer Grouper (whose true name is Liz Harris) is stucked on my mind some days ago. I had heard this song for the first time when I heard the album in which it makes part, "Dream Loss", in 2017, but I have started to listen to it (the song) carefully two months ago when my beloved 18 yo dog died (curiously, he died two days after my last post here). On the next day of the death of my doggo, I remembered this song because of its sugestive title which fitted with the context. And it awakened gloomy feelings that matched with my mourning, which was actually good, 'cause we need to listen to songs that resonates with the pain of our souls sometimes.
The problem with this song is that you won't understand anything that Grouper is singing, but I think that the most important thing with this kind of song is the feelings and sensations it triggers or even the ambientation it develops.
