The New Shichibukai Are...?

Who are the new Shichibukai?

We know 5 of them:

• Mihawk
• Hancock
• Kuma
• Doflamingo
• Law

Who are the other 2?

I'd say it's pretty likely Buggy is one, since he got the special message from the government. But who else? Maybe Enel, but I'm not sure he's well-known enough. Maybe Marco, but I think he'd probably die before working with the government again. Or maybe Crocodile got reinstated somehow. Or maybe it's someone completely new.

So who do you think the new guys are?

I thought Enel was at the moon (cover story)... so he's not a candidate.
Similarly with Bon-chan, by the cover story he's in ID.
Aokiji wouldn't become a pirate. It's just not his way.
Marco and Jozu are out of the question, too - would you work for someone who killed your dad?

Croc is possible, if the WG would let him after what he tried last time.
But I think the last is a brand new character.

Buggy received a message from the same bat that gave to Jinbei the invitation of the Government to join the Shichibukai.
So I guess it's pretty obvious that he has become a Shichibukai. LOL
About the other one, I don't know, but I predict that is character that we already seen, but is not listed in the options.

Haha, I didn't say I thought it was him, I just listed some people who were strong and not currently in the Marines.

I doubt any other from Supernovas apart from Law became Shichibukai. They don't seem to be interested in this.

As the plot progresses it seems that the one of the two Shichi we still don't know is Buggy as he has quite a big fame after the War in Marineford and has a strong crew due to those escape prisoners.

As for the second person... I think it will be some brand new character. It would be better to see someone we didn't know before, but who managed to climb the powerscale during timeskip and joined Shichibukai.

Good point, I think though it would be even more problematic from the point of view of the WG.

Well, it would really feel awkward to abandon Marines to become a pirate just in order to work with Marines again as Shichibukai.
I was already surprised that Law became Shichi, so I doubt we would see any other Supernova joining these sort of group... It would be just out of character.

but Buggy is far too weak to become a shichibukai, also he is too much of a joke in my opinion...
I can't see any of the others becoming shichibukai either - therefore they have to be other characters...
how about another of the 11 supernovas? Perhaps not Eustass Kid, but what about Basil Hawkins, X Drake or Capone Bege?

I remember one chapter where luffy found out buggy became one and the crew who knew buggy commented on how weak he was, though it may be my memory failing me :/ because after searching the once piece wikia i cant seem to find any evidence of buggy being one
law was said to have hunted and gav a 100 pirate hearts to WG as his initiation

Sorry, but that never happened.

Bonney is also a possibility. We don't know what her real connection to WG is. Maybe she became a prisoner or maybe she was forced to become one of Shichibukai. Execpt for her, I'd bet on Capone, since he hasn't been seen yet. Urouge somehow doesn't seem the type.

I don't think it's some new Rookie. If not one if Supernovas, then it's most likely one of level 6 prisoners.

Well, looks like most people agree. Buggy is probably a Shichibukai. And the last spot is probably filled by a new character. But I guess we'll have to wait and see to be sure!

I think this info about new Shichibukai might be revealed when Luffy takes down Doflamingo (as it seems obvious that he will have to fight him as he crossed Dofla's plans with CC) and it seems that it won't be soon. At least it seems that it will be something like Wiskey Peak -Alabasta Arc and Water 7-Ennies Lobby Arc. So, when Mugivaras finish here, they will go to Dressrosa and fight with Dofla and his crew there, but I doubt even the fighting here will end before New Year, so we might learn new info somewhere near the middle of the next year.

Actually, aside from Buggy, and maybe Enel (if he returned from the moon and became a Pirate) the polls options are all completely senseless.

Marco and Jozu have declared War on the World Government. The World Government killed their "father" and their "brother". Both sides wouldn't even talk with each other.

Crocodile tried to stage a coup d'etat in a World Government member state and was looking for the ancient weapon Pluton. So he pretty much did what both the revolutionaries (Dragon -> most wanted man) and the archaelogists of Ohara (annihilated, and they weren't even interested in the ancient weapons) did. From the crimes commited, Crocodile is one of the worst criminals in One Piece.

Aokiji was a Marine. He won't simply become a pirate.

Mr. 2 is in Impel Down.

Perona would have mentioned that she became a Shishibukai.

And Bonney was captured by the Government. They won't make her a Shishibukai so that she is free again.

I think the most likely candidates for a Shishibukai title are among the Supernovae. They are young and haven't sided with a Yonkou yet, and most of them haven't done any crime worse enough to prevent them from becoming one.

I could imagine Capone Gang Bege as a Shishibukai.

Bonney is an option. Remember Kuma? Bonney might also be forced to be a shichibukai (although under a different threat).
