[kay]This is the Rasengan Mega-Convo, where threads about the Rasengan in all its forms come together. There's a number of different topics in here from different times, but they're all on the same subject. Any old threads about the Rasengan will be merged in here after they have become unused for a while. [/kay]
I am a fan of Naruto - as a character - the obvious underdog who can and will eventually succeed, not because of talent, but sheer desire.
Just recently we found out that Kakashi can generate: Rasengan. Topping the list of users at 4:
Jiraiya, Yondaime, Kakashi, and Naruto.
Kakashi himself stated that he believes Naruto will be an even greater ninja that the "Fourth" - but heres why I do not think that 'new-justu' will come any time soon:
of all the users: Naruto CANNOT, I repeat CANNOT generate Rasengan with just one hand - he STILL relies on his clone to violently spin his chakra, while his actual hand contains it.
if he is gonna do anymore training, he really should learn how to generate it and maintain it, WITHOUT the use of clones.
why? because if genius' like Kakashi and the Fourth - who have amazing chakra control CANNOT combine it with their specific elements - what can Naruto do, who stills relies on Clone to do one half (violent spinning, while Naruto himself - contains it). just some thoughts.
