I feel the need to cut some out...
Whoaaa!!

Awesome!! So... what do you actually do in guest relations?? o.O And what topic did you pick? Successful ranting?
And if it got you a job, then yes, it's a good thing.
Woooow, how nice.

Good thing you're getting some physical exercise in the holidays.

You still go jogging even after cross-country?
I've had two parties so far these holidays... Both times, we just sat around and watched movies.

Good thinking.
You can help me next year. Probably.

Hahahaha, for methods 3/4 this year, I hardly studied for the whole year and for the exam... I still managed to get an A for the coursework (I was quite surprised... I thought I was going to get a C or something), a B for exam 1 and a B+ for exam 2... I managed to get a 33 as a study score.

38 if you scale it.

Hah. I quit piano in yr 8 and I haven't touched it since. Though I had to use the A below middle C to tune my cello... BUT I quit cello last year, so I haven't touched my piano AND my cello since last year.
What do I do with my piano? I let it collect dust, of course.
...I hope the breakdancing took place on a grand piano... There isn't much space on an upright piano...
Lol, I heard from a friend that he once witnessed a girl attempting to do a striptease on a piano...
...I hope you had adequate breaks between each exam.

Waaiiiit, how about the Chinese exam? Did you have to write an essay for that as well? And for all the essays, which subjects were they for? O_O Not all for English, I hope. (Having a mental blank on what subjects you did...)
Muahahaha... I only have to write essays in my English exam next year and also a short Chinese one for the Chinese exam.

I'm only doing 4 subjects at school next year... 5 if you count uni chem. But guess what? If I like uni chem and decide to keep it for the year, I'M GONNA BE MATHS FREE!!!
Psh. Drive to Melbourne and back!

20 hours in the bag. In day and night conditions as well!

And if you're lucky, Melbourne might display some crazy weather. (Actually, that happens all the time.

) So then you have both wet and dry driving conditions.
...What the... I don't even...

Ok, ok...
Ohh, wow.

A friend of mine has a 24/7 gym near her as well... As soon as it opened, her mum made her apply for membership.

Well I guess if you had inconvenient shifts at work, you can hit the gym whenever you feel like it. Besides, if there are less people, I guess there will be more choice for you?
Yes really.

It was a spur of the moment idea as well. We were reading a page on our textbook and it mentioned hot pot. One of the students in our Chinese class is Aborigine, so we had to explain what it is to her. Then someone said that we should have a hot pot party to celebrate the end of the mid-years. To our surprise, our teacher actually agreed.

'Twas a success.
Wow, a pingpong comp?

Hahaha, why Jap toys? That's awesome.
Yeah, I guess... but the general knowledge and skills you gain in those 4 years are pretty useful for yrs 11 and 12.
I guess your prayers were heard.
...Latvian.

I don't think we have Latvian for VCE...

Though some of the ones we have include Albanian, Arabic, Armenian, Bosnian, Croatian, Hungarian, Khmer, Macedonian, Maltese, Persian, Polish, Punjabi, Romanian, Serbian, Sinhalese, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian and Yiddish, among other more common languages.
...I think it was just any show that included a fluent Chinese-speaking non-Chinese person.

Wow, what did the reporter ask you? And what did you say/what did he say you said?

Also, congratz for getting 2nd!!
Yeeesss... It was too many pages back...

Well then, no rest for them except for the holidays.

And maybe exam block time.
You know, when I was doing my Chinese exam, my English teacher was supervising us. She was marking our papers, I think... and I was sitting right in front of her. During the exam, I could see her shaking her head in disappointment while marking those papers. I was so scared. Oh so very scared.

And this is why I wouldn't like to be a teacher... Hell, I procrastinate with replying to these walls.
Wow. That's dedication...
I absolutely suck at arm wrestling.

Alright. Yeah, I know, right? You get capped faster by watching anime, and they drag on a lot too.

You can read manga at your pace, but you can't control the pace of the anime. (Unless you put it on x2 speed or something... but I find that annoying.)
Woooo!!! Go Canto!! I find it amusing how they have a group of their own at my school.

I sometimes join in, but I find that my Canto isn't pro enough to join the convo.

You know, I find that there are more people speaking Shanghainese here than in Shanghai. o-o In Shanghai, you hear Mando everywhere. But at an Asian district here, you can here a lot of Shango as well as Canto.

Like what? Hey, at least you got through it well!
Wow, what happened??
Here, there was one school that taught the yr 12s the wrong text...
Ohh, ok. Good job, good job.

Haha, my mum is trying to improve the speed of my Chinese writing... I don't think it's working.
Yeah! Pinyin!!

Are you the type to put the tones as well? Or just write without them and figure it out later?
Bah, whatever. >: Vocab, then.
...Why they don't bring their own, I will never know...

I mean, c'mon!!

It's a freaking maths exam, at least remember your calculator!!

Same goes with English exams and dictionaries.
You poor thing.

I always have too much time during Chinese exams... I always finish 30-40 mins early...

Actually, for the GAT, I finished an hour and a half early.

I still did pretty decently despite not trying at all.

I guess I won't have the luxury of spare time next year...

Which exam did you think was the most challenging?
Yes, math. Math = American, maths = British...
Hmm, I usually go with sulphur... I think...
Maths free next year, maths freeeee!!!

(Unless I don't get into uni chem.

)

What did the teacher say??
Ohh, that's good then!
...I think it was about reading Chinese...
That was a total fail, since the chick who played Juliet kept laughing and forgot most of her lines.

Great news! I only have to wear my retainer when I sleep.

And yep, the ortho briefed me about everything.
...I think we just tend to refrain from cheating...

Besides, I just forget the questions right after the text/exam. I prefer not to discuss them, since if I hear people say they got an answer that I didn't get, I'll just get more stressed.

What happened then?

Ohh, the fails that teachers commit...
Ohhh, ok... So that field trip to Luna Park was in yr 10...?
Woooooow...

Remember, kids: Stay healthy during exam period.

Year 12 maths is the easy stuff... And I got a below average raw study score for it... OTL
Oh well, considering I didn't study...

Well then...
Wooo!! No more maths!!
I know, right?

We'll both fail so bad with handling money at stores...
I think I was telling you to study and you obeyed...
Keep stalking.

So who have you found apart from those two?
Hmm, oh well.
Lmaaoo, I see.
This is taking me 6 hours... Filled with dinner, procrastination, distractions and TV.
I see nothing!!

Lmaao, nice!!

Which series? How many gigs have you used up so far?
You better be.
Ikr?
Random comment: You know what's sad about this generation? We're so reliant on technology...
Just now, one of my friends told me to check my mail for my VCE and GAT results... Both me and another friend went to check our emails... And the first friend meant physical mailbox.
Oh yeah, I'm thinking about creating an Aussie thread in the IH. Good idea, yes/no? Lmao, it'll just be a hangout thread exclusively for Aussies... Typing in English... Oh how sad.

At the moment I know of 6 or so other Aussies apart from you and me...
Walled?
Walled.
