Luffy has always been a "party crasher", so it's reasonable for him to show up at the meeting uninvited.

Two Ds are always better than one, hence maybe even Law will join the fun too since he really wants to pay back his huge debt to WG for destroying his family.

Fujitora is extremely intelligent and quite cunning, allowing Dressrosa to be destroyed by Joker and not interfering means King Riku and the King of Prodence will have something to say about the Shichibukai system at the Reverie. The Reverie after all is for the kings to gather, so even if Fujitora can't speak, he's given reason for those who can to share their issues with the Shichibukai system; pretty much a gambit move by Fujitora.

Here's a question, most of the characters involved in this thread should start to show up soon in the latest cover story, we may get a glimpse of them packing or getting ready to travel when they receive the news, what kind of immediate reaction might they have? Especially when we get to Alabasta, for Vivi to see the news of Luffy saving another kingdom exactly the same way he saved Alabasta?
I kind of hope some clues to be foreshadowed there, if not, our time schedule to wait for this reverie might be a long way away in real time.
