Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Hermie, how's the wooing going? (You know what I mean)

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Meh, the shows over, and I don't go to that school, so I haven't been able to be in touch. =/

Was going to fish for the msn address of one of them on the last day, but she was hanging out with another guy all the time...

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

it's my philosiphal subject

Would that be a subject related to siphals? Are you a friend of siphals? What are siphals? This reminds me of a certain philosphocial person and Phil's pohical... poor word

HERMIE!! You scared me with what you said about women... They are people like us! They aren't shiny decorative objects and as people sometimes their opinions and views can clash with ours hard... Of course ideally and romantically they are caring, loving, sweet and rosy... Hmmm, I'm not sure I want to continue

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Of course they are people. They're just better people.

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

What personality traits do you like best in people ( friends and/or possible girlfriends )?

And because i am feeling funny: if you were a manga char and had a signature "special attack" in battle, what would it be? ( read as "what would you want it to be" or "what would it be considering your personality and favourites etc etc bla", whatever you like )

No question, but an answer: "about once a month", you give the question to match this answer.

I like it when people smile a lot, or is generally positive and cheery.

Oooh, tricky one....

Since I assume we're talking standard shounen fighting series, I'd say some sort of crazy, fast combo with a cool weapon, most likely a bo staff or nunchakus. ^__^

How often does Khal manage to say something remotely intelligent?

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Yuk yuk. Nice one, Hermie.

And personally I think what you're doing right now with a certain girl from a certain other forum we both frequent is kinda one up from wooing anyway.

Though, it doesn't beat the REAL stuff...

[Hermie]

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Yeah yeah, that happened a while after I typed that.

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

I know.

Good going, Hermy!

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

*dreamlike scenario time*

How would you like an MH band (with whoever here plays a musical instrument, or just about anybody) singing Manga themed songs? I bet Khal would come up with something about Ninjas Vs. Pirates Would you be involved in anything other that playing the bass?

[Hermie]

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

That would rock. ^_^

And yeah, I also play the trombone, so I'd be able to participate there too.

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

I just found out that I haven't asked you anything, so I'll ask something funny.

Have you got something viking-themed in your house? If there are many, which is your favourite?

*next question has a reference to a cartoon named Dexters Laboratory*
What do you think of Vall Hallen from the Justice Friends?

Only thing I've got is a series of graphic novels called "Valhalla", by Peter Madsen. It's about the gods of northern mythology. Really worth checking out if you can get a hold of them (the author is Danish).

Haven't seen that particular episode, sorry.

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

There's many episodes with the Justice League in Dexter's Lab, Van Hallen or Vall Hallen or something is a blond, Norse superhero that uses his electric guitar as a weapon, if memory serves. Did that help your memory Hermz?

The Justice Friends is a series of his own too btw ^^
Loved that episode when Val Halen lost his powers because his hair grew short ^^

Let me rephrase it: "Khal liked the episode where Val Hallen lost his powers. He liked it because Val Hallens hair grew short." - P

EDIT: Oh yeah, now that you mention it, it wasnt because his hair grew short but because he couldnt find his guitar or something.... and then his power ( hair ) weakened.

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Would you be interested in a Thor movie? ( Thor of Marvel Comics )

[Hermie]

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

That would be cool, but there are other movies I would rather see first. An Avengers/Ultimates movie would be awesome to no end.

[Gold Knight]

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Hmm, I'm not sure they'll do an Avengers movie before they do a Captain America and Iron Man movie... but I can see it happening after ^^ It all depends on if the same production company picks up both Captain America and Iron Man...

Is X3 opening there today like it is in the US?

Re: The Ask Hermie Thread

Actually, it started wednesday. Caught me by surprise, so I haven't gone seen it yet. (and I also need to find someone to drag with me and spaz with)
