A game from "FTB"

The game name is Sheep

How to play

1- Each participant will pm the host with their answers for the questions. You are not allowed to share your answers with anyone else.
2- Your objectives is parallel your answers with as many other players as possible, and get the highest score.
3- Try guessing the most popular answer.
4- There is no wrong answer.

Rules

1- The number of questions shouldn't exceed 12 questions and not less 8 questions.
2- "I don't know" will get 0 points. If you can't answer just use google or any search engine or simply put any answer.
3- The winner will host the next sheep.
4- In case we have 2 winners or more having the same points, The host will pick someone randomly as the winner or one of the winners would let the other do it.
5- If the winner didn't make the next sheep within 3 days the previous winner shall do it and if he didn't. Anyone can do it just to keep this game running.
6- Calculations and gathering answers is time consuming so the host has a whole week to do it. If he/she didn't post the answers and announce the winner after 7 days. The next sheep would be free to anyone to do it.

Sheep king/Queen coronation happen every #100 sheep game.. So whoever wins the sheep #100 will be the king or queen of the game until the next sheep coronation and will be added to the Hall of Fame.

For anyone who plays this game: please follow this thread to receive warnings when new rounds are starting

Anyone making a round, please post a message to this thread when you do, so all prospective players will know to send a list (if you forget to do so, I will try to remember to do so for you).

This thread is currently just a test, to save on people having to go on mass tagging sprees - if the test is successful, we can keep on using it.
If the test fails (other than being extremely disappointed) then nothing will be lost and we can go back to ignoring it and tagging people like there's no tomorrow.

There's several narrative sheep these days too, and sometimes you get drawn to answers because you're following the story of it.

Sheep Game #43
Cat in Sheep’s Clothing aka I’m going to include my cat in this so ha!

FYI, this sheep game is going to be loosely based on a story idea that I have so no one tries to steal it. Okay? ^^ Credits to all the JRPGs that I’ve played so far.

PS Sorry, @Farfalla, but I couldn’t think of any questions for an Ilmarians theme. I didn’t want to risk accidentally revealing any spoilers.

PPS This is my first attempt at making a sheep game so please be gentle :sweatbunny

1. You live in a typical village in the middle of a desert. Anyway, you’re relaxing in your room when you are summoned to meet the village elders. Uh oh. What did you do this time? :-_-

A. Nothing! I swear I’m as innocent as the day I was born :wtf

B. Probably because I was skipping school/training again. What? I was busy doing more important aka napping.
C. I got into a fight, but the other person started it! I’m the victim here!
D. Being a Peeping Tom. *cough*perv*cough*
E. “…”

2. After prolonging the inevitable, you meet with the village elders. They all have a stern expression on their faces (probably because you were dilly-dallying). You expected a lecture, but instead, they explain that they have something important to tell you.

“As you know, our people have suffered greatly for several centuries,” they began. “However, our ancestors had foretold that a savior will be born to save us and you’re that person. In order to fulfill your destiny, you must leave the village.” How would you react?
A. “I’ll gladly accept it for the sake of our people!”
B “Uh… what?” :blink

C. “Geez, thanks for giving me your responsibility. Why can’t you do it yourself?” :darn

D “Wait, is this an excuse just to kick me out?”
E. “…”

3. Now that you know the truth, it’s off to go! You got your trusty weapon(s), supplies, etc, and said a tearful goodbye to the villagers. Before you head off, you found out that you won’t be traveling alone. On the way out, you found your best friend, Xen, waiting near the outskirts of the village. Xen insists on going with you because knowing you, you may accidentally get yourself killed. What do you have to say?
A. Sure! The more, the merrier!

B. Eh, s/he can do all the hard work for me.
C. No. I work alone.
D. S/He can be my wing person!
E. “…”

4. So you and your best friend (if you picked C, well, s/he still tags along so no choice in the matter

) are on your way to the first destination. After several weeks of trekking through the desert, you reach civilization. Unfortunately, the people aren’t quite welcoming and make sure your lives are miserable. Feeling the heat, you decide to leave but along your way, encounter some soldiers, who don’t seem too pleased to see you and draw their weapons. What would you do?
A. Try to pacify the situation. You’re a peacemaker, not a fighter~
B. Retreat for now and wait until they’re gone before continuing your journey
C. You and your friend drew your weapons even though you’re heavily outnumbered.
D. Flirt with them. Maybe they’ll fall for your seductive skills. :hurr

E. “…”

5. Fortunately for you, someone ambushes them and kills them all. You and your friend turn around to see a beautiful woman, who introduces herself as Cinna. “You may not know me, but I came from the same village like you,” she said. “Unfortunately, you’re not safe here. The surrounding kingdoms know who you are and fear you. Because of that reason, all of them want you dead. If you wish to survive, follow me. I know my way around these parts due to my job so I can help you.”

Before you can say anything, Xen hisses in your ear, “Don’t trust that woman! The symbol on her arm marks her as an assassin. She might lure us into a trap and kill us instead.” Should you trust her?
A. Yes. After all, she did save you.
B. No. Your friend may be right.
C. Maybe? I mean, she does know the area better than I do.
D. Well, she is hot… for an ass-ass-in. :derp

E. “…”

6. Whelps, looks like more soldiers are heading your way so, with no other choice, you decide to join forces with Cinna and flee the area. True to her words, she helps you in your journey. After several days, you reach your first destination. Standing at the foot of the temple, Cinna explains, “See that seal? It was placed by the ancestors of your enemies to suppress your powers. By doing so, you will be restored to your full potential and thus, you’ll have the ability to save your people.”

As you head up the stairs, you realize that it won’t be simple as Cinna made it sound. Of course, there is a catch - a powerful guardian guards the seal. So what’s your plan?
A. Attack the guardian head-on. Duh.
B. You and your friend distract the guardian while Cinna sneaks behind and kills it. Let her do the dirty work. I mean, she is an assassin, right?
C. Confront the guardian alone. The others will hinder you.
D. Ambush the guardian when he least expects it.
E. “…” *stabbity stabbity stab stab*

7. After awhile, you have destroyed three seals. By now, the kingdoms are aware of what has happened and has tightened security. Of course, it’s useless since you can now easily defeat the guards with ease. You’ve just defeated the fourth guardian and destroyed the seal when you felt something pierced your shoulder. You look to find an arrow sticking out of your body. Stunned, you turn around to see a knight in white armor leading a group of soldiers. “Stop where you are!” he barks. “You’re surrounded, and there’s no way for you escape.”

Cinna gasps and warns you, “That man is your destined enemy that was foretold in the prophecy! He will do everything in his power to stop you from achieving your goal and will hunt you down until he kills you.”

The knight then demands that you surrendered - or else. What should you do?
A. Accept. You’re surrounded, and they’ve blocked the exits.
B. Refuse. He’s going to kill me anyway.
C. Attack him. If he’s my destined enemy, I might as well fight him, right?
D. Use my wits and cunning to try to weasel my way out.
E. “…”

8. Seeing that you’re in trouble, your best friend decides to sacrifice herself/himself. Xen pushes you out of the window before s/he charges at the guards. “Get out of here!” your buddy yell as s/he cuts down an enemy and challenges the white knight. “Cinna will take care of you from now on!”

Desperate, you try to head back up, but Cinna stops you and forces you to leave instead. “Don’t let your friend’s sacrifice be in vain!” she scolds. While fleeing, you look back to find the white knight stabbing your best friend in the heart. As Xen’s body falls to the ground with a thud, the white knight nonchalantly kicks the body aside and glares down at you. How would you react?
A. Vow to avenge your best friend’s death.
B. Grieve for several days and refuse to do anything.
C. Go on a killing spree
D. Get drunk at a local tavern. Who’s going to be my wing person now?

E. “…”

9. After several days of hiding and grieving, you decide to make your move. By luck, you and Cinna manage to capture a soldier, whom you recognize to be the second-in-command to the white knight. With the death of your best friend fresh on your mind, you’re hellbent on making the guy suffer. However, the soldier isn't as valiant as his commander and begs for mercy. “If you spare my life, I can tell you what you need to know,” he pleads.

Cinna rolls her eyes and sneers you, “Don’t bother! Just kill the coward. He’s saying it because he doesn’t want to die.” You waver because he may have some valuable information. What would you do?
A. Spare him.
B. Kill him.
C. Spare him and then kill him after he gives you the info.
D. Torture him for the information.

E. “…”

10. After getting information, you and Cinna head off to the final seal. Along the way, you encounter several soldiers and other obstacles blocking your way. Several days later, you arrive at the destination albeit later than expected. Before you take a step, Cinna pushes you - just in time too. You’ve accidentally activated a booby trap and now a wall separates you from Cinna. You hear reinforcements heading toward her direction so you try to break it to no avail. Seeing that it was hopeless, she urges you, “Go on ahead! You don’t have to worry about me.” What should you do?
A. Refuse and stay there until you free her. It would be useless FYI.
B. Do as she asked. Her sacrifice will never be forgotten. *sniff*
C. Hmph. Who needs her anyway? I can take care of myself thank you very much.
D. Promise to go back to her when it’s all over.
E. “…”

11. At last, you have reached the final seal. As expected, the white knight is waiting for you there. After exchanging words, the both of you fight to the death. The sounds of metal clashing ring throughout the air while a storm brews above you. After what seems like an eternity, you manage to incapacitate him though you’re seriously wounded yourself. Walking past him, you reach the final seal and are about to destroy the last seal when the white knight shouted you to stop. “If you do, you’ll doom us all to damnation!” he screams.

Startled, you turn to look at him and find him dragging himself toward you. He continues, “That seal is the last defense for our kingdom. If you destroy it, you’ll destroy the barrier protecting us from the monsters living outside. Many lives will be lost, and the world as we know it will be no more!”

You stare at him, lost for words. Luckily, Cinna arrives so you ask her if it’s true. “He’s right,” she confirms. “Those seals you’ve destroyed not only release the power inside you, it also weakens the shield protecting the lands from the behemoths living outside.”

Realizing that you’ve been deceived, you confront her. She then confesses that the village elders have sent her out to explore the lands in order to help you. You then demand how breaking the seals will save your people. She explains that you’ll lead them since you have the power to defeat the eldritch monstrosity reigning outside the barrier.

“Unlike these simpletons,” she adds, glancing at the white knight. “Our people have prepared for the new world. We know how to fight those monsters and how to survive since we’re used to living in a hostile environment. As a matter of fact, according to his people’s prophecy, this man here is supposed to be the ‘savior’ who will save the world, but by doing so, will cause the downfall of our people. The rest of the world will blame us for what happened and hunt us down until we no longer exist.”

However, the knight retorts that it was your fault. After all, you did start destroying the seals. In other words, the blood of your people is on your hands because of your actions. Cinna then argues that it wasn’t true – your people were exiled since the activation of the shield due to the fact the rulers of the kingdoms know that the only person who is capable of destroying the seals will be born among them. Due to the paranoia, your people have been mistreated ever since. “By destroying that seal, you finally can get revenge for all of us,” she urges.

Before you could make a decision, the white knight grabs a hidden dagger and lunges at you in a last attempt to kill you.

TL;DR There are actually two prophecies. In one, you’re the savior while in the other, you’re the villain.
If you destroy the seal, you’ll save your people but doom the world. Thus, fulfilling your people’s prophecy
If you let the knight kill you, you’ll let him save the world, but at the same time, doom your people. Thus, fulfilling his role in the other prophecy

What would you do?

A. Let him kill you. The fate of the world is more important than your people’s.
B. Kill him. Screw the world! Let them suffer like your people have. :hmph

C. Jump out of the way and then stab him in the back.
D. Yell at him to stop and try to figure out a way to save both world and your people. Of course, it’s useless since he is quite intent on killing you at the moment.
E. “…”

12. Since I like an even amount, here’s a bonus question. If you can live in any fictional world (e.g. book, movie, video game, etc.), where will you live?
