Ok, before I do anything, I just want to say to anyone with banning ability that I'm not trying to troll. I just want to post something that seems really interesting here so that users can discuss and decide if it's viable or just plain ridiculous. I don't think it's against the rules right?
Ok, so here begins the story that a random user called Aoi posted, claiming he was some writer that worked with KT. Highly unlikely, but at the same time he did post an interesting story. It may be a fan-fiction, but it's a good one at that.
I put it in a spoiler tag because it's large. Now, personally, I don't think it's real, but you must admit that it sounds compelling, and would explain a bunch of different things that are probably going to be left unexplained.

The vizards. They were never meant to ally with the Gote 13 and in fact were initially conceived to be antagonists.
This is easily evidenced, though I see many people touching on it, the amount of protagonists on the field at this point in time; totally usurp the amount of antagonists; this was done to please the suits and ties; not the readers.
This would have left the four main characters (chad ichigo ishida and orihime) including renji and rukia alive. And only the 5 protagonistic elder characters (Urahara, Yoruichi, Isshin, Ryuken and Irie). Irie is, to me, the most intriguing character to be placed in manga. Sadly I fear, he will not be introduced no longer. Irie was Yoruichis brother, the titular character and ultimately, the catalyst for all the events that have happened canonically to date all in efforts to prepare the group to battle the ultimate antagonist.
Even though it is troublesome, I have to go into the background of Irie and Urahara. Because only then will it answer previously unanswered questions in the manga and then all you faithful supporters will realize what a disservice you are being done to the story courtesy of corporate businessman and not writers.
Irie in his youth was not a shinigami; he was what one would call a nerd, he was not able to even form a zanpakuto; though he excelled in demon arts he was not much to talk about in any other facet of being a shinigami; ultimately leading to his being exiled from his royal family, leading Yoruichi to harbor a quiet but very itter resentment against royal family customs and its traditions.
He was a boy of science, but being a member of a royal family had immense reiatsu and that being the case, had a zanpakuto entity residing within. Im going to talk about things that werent meant to be revealed until later but I'm not writing a book so order is not important. The nature of the zanpakuto was time maanipulation and its name was Bleach.
In times of unconsciousness Bleach would allow him to travel to what is now known as Hueco Mundo and he was able to communicate freely with the denizens within. He eventually became aware of their plight as arrancar and their being hunted down by shinigami and their own kind, and began to think of a way to save them.
One day he awoke and next to him was a giant golden orb, one which within, time seemed to stop. he was confused as to what it was or where it came from, he and Urahara marveled at it for long periods, stepping withiin the orb and stepping out etc. On a later date while sleeping he was visited by a titanesque woman- bleach, who explained who she was and what the Orb was. She told him to travel to HM and an arrancar will know what to do (speeding things up) a black cero was fired into orb freezing it within. Upon returning to Siereitei going by instinct he urahara and yoruichi performed the highest demon art they knew within that orb, now containing hollow magic and shinigami magic. The orb was the size of a human being and it was theorized by Urahara that if they were able to compress this orb the power within would increase exponentially. However due to their uselessness at the time, they were not able to do so.
Eventually, Iries visits to HM and consorting with hollows was brought to the light. SS, shocked at a seemingly useless individual being able to do such a feat , questioned him as his reason for doing such a thing and he explained why he felt the hollows required their sympathy instead of their contempt. (speeding things)
He was ultimately judged to be killed. However he, UIrahara and his sister already knew what would be the outcome and he made them promise him to continue his work and ensure the sphere his compressed.
While hanging awaiting execution, time stops and Bleach comes to him and tells him not to worry that he has set in motion the necessary events but that his real journey begins now. She informs him that she will transport him to HM;Irie looking relieved is stunned when she reappears and informs him that he will die however and it will hurt, but she will disable the nature of Sokyoku and it will merely pierce him and he will be transported; this will all happen in an instant, looking real to the onlookers. The blade begins its trajectory, Bleach, being as tall as the execution pillars themselves touches the tip with her finger; the fire extinguishes and its done.
Irie awakes in Hueco Mundo as a tiny bird (think Hibird from KHM) with a skeletal beak. Bleach comes to him and informs him that she will materialize when he has become strong and his memory from this point on will fade and only return until she has materialized.
Due to Bleachs inherent nature and Iries spirit pressure he was able to consume many hollow; though he was physically weak Bleachs influence made attackers seem to stand still allowing Irie to feast before they were able to react. Due to his tiny size and gigantic spirit pressure he constantly attracted high level hollows; and in essence made his meal list constant. He eventually met 6 benevolent arrancar whom he befriended upon their travels they eventually met the now famous barragan. Barragan destroyed the six arrancar thinking the high spirit pressure coming from them, and left the seemingly harmless bird alone. Perching over their corpses Irie wept to himself, promising them that he would one day resurrect/reincarnate them.
Experiencing all this anguish allowed him to overcome his previously unknown inherent fear and allowed him to let go, releasing all his compressed and withheld reiatsu and resulting in his arrancarization. Barragan, feeling the horrifying pressure, swiftly attempted to kill the then unknown vasto lorde. Walking through the death breath unfazed the reiatsu forced Braragan pressure to subside causing him to take human form, Irie grabbed Barragan by the throat and bit out his right eye. At that instant Iries memory slowly began to return causing him to take the corpses of his fallen friends and flee. Hoorrified at what he had done but impressed at his physical form, a jet black skeletal helmet with a single horn protruding form the top, he decided to contact his old friend and sister. He felt a weight tug at his lower back and saw a guardless blade forming with something reminescent of a sun dial present at the base of the hilt. He looked at himself again and noticed his appearance had changed now looking like his old self only with a tiny hole, barely able to fit his finger, present in the center of his chest. Bleach then stands in front of him, Irie then asks what are you exactly, she then tells him, I am you, I am your right hand, I am....your sword. My name is.....Bleach.
We then see Irie revealing himself to Urahara who has already been banished to KT and of course is shocked and then is happy and informs him what has happened and then tells him that he has indeed finished the compression of the sphere and he calls it the Hogyoku, but he doesnt know what it is used for. Irie tells him that he now knows.
We are informed that Irie has intimate knowledge of that goes on in SS and above. They are then shown to be talking to Isshin whom it is eluded thet they all knew each other previously. It is revealed that Isshin was an officer of the 0 squad but was banished to Earth due to his opposition of the execution of Irie. It is also revealed that the upper eschelons of SS were responsible for Mrs. Kurosakis death.
Yoruichi is now present, it is decided by Irie that the Hogyoku will be used on the now 11 years old Ichigo as he is pure; meaning that he is not shinigami nor hollow but has imense spirit pressure. They then conspire to put their plan in motion; it is revealed that it was Irie's hollow half reiatsu that Rukia was following when she went into Ichigos room, setting most of the events of Bleach as we know into motion.
All this in its original inception was meant to be revealed in a 2nd TBTP story arc. I also want to do characters justice as they have been slandered due to current events.

As I'm sure many of you can deduce, Aizen was never meant to be this long lasting of a villain he was intended to be dispatched by Tousen fairly early on. In fact Tousens nature as a counter to Aizen was so obvious in his characteristic that, many people were warned (Tite included) that unless they were 100% sure that they will be permitted to have Tousen kill off Aizen that he (tousen) shouldnt even be created as his existence in the manga will not make any sense and his death will ultimately be riddled with holes due to lack of believability, something which, as all can see, has come to pass.
The vizards as many can remember were meant to be antagonists, not protagonists as it upsets the characters balance and ultimately necessitates that either the remaining villains to be unbelievable in strength or the storyline lacking in interesting battles.
So going on with Irie's influence, after the Gote 13 are slaughtered; the 4 elder protagonists re-enter, with Urahara walking thru a garaganta with Ichigo Chad Ishida Renji Rukia and Orihime in tow. Sensing the immense reiatsu; all 3 of the espada and all the bad guys attack with the exception of Tousen who says to himself Sensei (referring to Isshin) Isshin nods and Tousen flash steps to their ranks. Irie talking to Aizen says you're overpowered, AIzen amusingly states that theyre outnumbered 3 to 1, sonidos behind Irie and performs an overhead slash. irie blocks with his finger and amused asks Aizen if this is familiar and repeats again that he is overpowered, Aizen then realizes what is meant by this, meaning not that he (Aizen) is overpowered but that he is out of his league.
Upon this realization, he looks around and sees both the vizards, the espada and gin being thouroughly beaten. Aizen then beckons to Irie to look at him and swiftly releases KS. Aizen seemingly dashes at Irie ready to strike, Irie grabs the hilt of his sword and clicks the dial 5 times; form 5. Irie subsequently strikes Aizen which dissipates, Aizen appears behind him "its over" and strikes Irie. But the form in front Aizen is gone, and Irie is behind Aizen and says ur zanpakuto is an illusion; its fake; mine is real, thats why you'll never beat me. He then grabs Aizen by the throat and whispers in his ear, you're just practice. And throws him to the ground.
With all the antagonists beaten and bloodied Irie informs them that luckily for them they dont have to fight them (Irie and his crew). but they will have to fight Ichigo Chad Renji Ishida Orihime and Rukia and he orders them to meet them back there tomorrow and that in just one day he will have them stronger than they ever thought possible.
Then a training arc begins; in actuality the training is about 3-5 years but due to Bleachs ability; time is slowed down ridiculously inside the underground training site making it only seem like a day.
Irie creates two chambers; one for Ishida Chad and Orihime and one for Renji Ichigo and Rukia. They are both contained in one big orb that Irie sends the 6 inside and before he walks in he throws a bandanna in the air; he then steps thrrough. He starts with Chad Orihime and Ishida , accompanied with Ryuken who informs them to not think of it as training but think of it as a battle for their lives; no fight they have ever been in will equal to the terror they will have to endure. Irie then explains to Orihime and Chad that their powers stem from him and they are not using 1/100th of the potential that they have. He tells Chad that he gave him near limitless attack power and he has only become a joke in the fight for good. he then tells Orihime that she has a fraction of the power of his zanpakuto (Bleach) and that her fear is causing people death and that fear caused the death of his friends a second time. It is then revealed that the 6 arrancars that befriended Irie in HM were reincarnated by Irie in Orihimes Shun Shun Rikka.
He takes Chad back in time to where he lost to Nnoitora and informs him that he must defeat him. He tells him that everytime he losses he will be resurrected at the same point where he first emerged from defeating gantenbainne only he will continuously lose power each time he revives and that if he loses enough times he will die, so he must at least gain 1/50th of his potential because that alone will be enough to utterly destroy nnoitora,
He grabs orihime and teleports her to the time in which she was confronted by grimmjow and orders her that she must kill him, a situation similar to Chad, he promises her that no one will come to save her so she had better develop the will to do it. he swiftly disappears and the Grimmjow begins moving.
He then joins Ryuuken with Ishida and tells Ryuuken to not go so easy on Ishida like last time. Hearing this Ishida begins to panic, believing that his father hadnt gone easy on him at all.
Irie walks into the other structure containing the 3 shinigami. He informs them that all three of them will master kido and attain bankai even if it kills them. Renji and Ichigo exclaim that they have already achieved it and Irie laughs and says if that is bankai then ur in trouble. As he is laughing there are suddenly three of him and he becomes serious and tell them all to walk into different portals. They are all in very different locations and each Irie tells their shinigami to fight them only with shikai and kido, that they must forget their bankai which is revealed to be only an advanced shikai, in order to attain their true bankai.
After many chapters of multiple training stories its finally done and the end result is this: Ishida has a cross forcefully embedded in his chest. Upon transformation he is granted a metallic armor riddled with crosses resembling the crusaders. Chad as many have guessed dons a suit which seems to have a mmind of its own, his right leg being wihite and red with his left leg being black and red with a swirl of red black and white being in the center of his chest where all halves of the suit connect. Orihimes body is just covered with the material that is generated by shun shun rikka; her hair is encased with the light but free flowing and her face is opaque.
Renjis bankai turns the lower half of his body into that of a snake, the upper half of his body partially covered in black fur and his hair turning black. Rukias body becomes vlear and she dons a white fur 1/4 jacket and has a wand. Ichigo as many have guessed has horns protruding from his head, black eyes with no pupils, his coat is replaced by one that is sleeveless and his trousers are replaced by ones that are form fitting, he now has two swords, similar to the original tensa zangetsu only that they are somewhat smaller and look like they are made out of a bone like material being much more jagged and opaque black rather than a glossy black.
The explanation for these hollowlike transformations on the part of the shinigami was initially explained by being trained in the midst of a vasto lorde for 5 years.
They all walk out of the containment and Irie catches the bandana he had thrown out 5 years prior (5 years experienced by them). And he tells them how proud he is of them and that they should get some rest as tomorrow will be a cakewalk.

Ichigo as many have guessed has horns protruding from his head, black eyes with no pupils, his coat is replaced by one that is sleeveless and his trousers are replaced by ones that are form fitting, he now has two swords, similar to the original tensa zangetsu only that they are somewhat smaller and look like they are made out of a bone like material being much more jagged and opaque black rather than a glossy black.
The explanation for these hollowlike transformations on the part of the shinigami was initially explained by being trained in the midst of a vasto lorde for 5 years.
They all walk out of the containment and Irie catches the bandana he had thrown out 5 years prior (5 years experienced by them). And he tells them how proud he is of them and that they should get some rest as tomorrow will be a cakewalk.
The fight between Ichigo Chad Ishida Renji Orihime and Rukia against the espada, the vizards and gin and Aizen; sadly was never completed as this is all I have. Many of you will naturally be skeptical of that I have said thus far, but I implore you to hold on to skepticism and remember that which you have read, you will see some similarities between this and what happens in the manga in the coming months. It wont be exactly the same because as I have said the interest in quality writing was scrapped in favor of interest in making money. But I ask you all be patient.
I put it in a spoiler tag because it's large. Now, personally, I don't think it's real, but you must admit that it sounds compelling, and would explain a bunch of different things that are probably going to be left unexplained.
This Irie character sounds interesting. I would love to see Kubo do more with the Shihouin clan.
