I'm not a fan of Rick being paired with anyone, since there's very little to his current character that allows for that kind of thing. He has his kids and that's it really. That's why the romance with the blondie kind of repulsed me...and it amounted to nothing really. In the comics this isn't really an issue since Rick is with Andrea. In the show they killed her off for some reason.

Probably the worst episode of the season. Came off disjointed, which was kind of intentional as a stylistic choice. However, it was way too random and painful to sit through. The conclusion doesn't even have anything to do with what goes on in most of the episode. And even if it was instead shown as an epilogue of the last episode (which I thought was pretty strong) instead of being pinned on the end of this one, it still makes no sense. What they're doing to the character in question has sort of tread into Morgan-waters for me already and I'm incredibly annoyed by it.

Actually, this was probably the worst episode of all the seasons. I mean what the hell was wrong with the Doctor chick anyway. The whole *life* talk came out of blue. Her death was pretty random too, tbh. Like those guys showing up there and then running away that was pointless too. They basically just came there to kill the doc. If they were taken to Alexandria they'd be dead before they could say anything. Another dumb thing was the thing with Eugene and Abraham or more like Eugene getting pissed over Abraham killing a zombie he probably wouldnt kill himself. Although, the thing Eugene did when they were attacked was ok. ALSO, I hope no Sasha x Abraham is gonna happen cuz that'd be too ridiculous. Apart from these, I hate what they made to Carol's character. She was great when she was badass and now Morgan made her leave? What is she gonna do? Are we gonna see her again? Can she survive on her own? What will Daryl do about it -.- ? I just don't like it at all.

yeah.....dennise was pretty cringy at times but she was the doc...gonna hurt alexandria unless hilltop doc joins them.
her dying wasn't random....the guy said he wasn't aiming for her(probably daryl)....that he was still getting used to the crossbow.

eugene is trying to man up for rosita's sake.....he has always had a thing for her.
i loved how abraham apologized and said eugene has dick biting skills xD.

sasha gave abraham some nookie....she invited him in

also,i don't think morgan was the only reason carol left.i think it's the fact alexandria is getting bigger and there's more people for carol to become close to...
i think the wolves and what they did took a toll on her....then maggie almost dying really pushed her over the edge as far as not wanting to lose someone else in front of her...just my take on her.
we will see her again...i have a feeling the last episode will be daryl finding her and they will be captured by negan...but it's also possible morgan will head out looking for her and possibly get killed saving her....just that look on his face at the end there.

1st Yes, so it was even more random cuz she wasn't supposed to die. No that I would prefer Daryl dying over her but still it was off. The guys showing up there was like a filler to me. Like they couldn't think of anything better.

2nd Eugene is fcking annoying and always has been. He should've died there instead of the Doc

Yeah I don't know. I liked the episode before this and I get what they were trying to do with Carol "acting" like a coward and that the audience was supposed to wonder whether it was genuine at some point. But tagging this whole development onto the end of THIS episode doesn't really make sense. But the whole basis for this is that Morgan and her own deeds making her second guess herself, which I don't buy at all. They're sort of heavily implying some things with this for the finale. I wouldn't be surprised if she's killed off in addition to who I'm rather certain will be killed. She's lasted much longer than she did in the comics.

Nah, Tobin is going to give Rick the note and it's going to result in a search for her. That's when shit is going to hit the fan. Whether Morgan is involved or not, I'm fairly certain Carol is going to bite the dust. There's also hints at Daryl being killed off. There's rumors that he's ready to be done with the show and it was announced he was going to be on Talking Dead after the finale, which can sometimes mean a character is going to be killed off. That being said, they usually don't announce such things in advance. So if he isn't killed off, there's a good chance he's going to be on the show because Carol will be killed off, giving the shippers one last fap session. Or maybe none of this means anything at all....but I doubt it.

Regardless of all this, I'm fairly certain Glenn is toast. They really need to start trimming the cast down given what will happen in the future.

Another clue that Daryl might be killed off is because it seems they're keeping the Dwight storyline from the comics. Not sure how that can happen the way it does there if Daryl is still around.

glenn is dead i agree....but i also think lenny james maybe over it to....carol idk,she is kinda taking on a bunch of roles from the comic...one being her daughter sofia who is alive in the comic and very close to carl and rick....and then there is the andrea role.

Why exactly? I think Abraham's character is rather flimsy. Ever since Eugene exposed his lie, his character has kind of had no attention at all on a personal level. The sudden change with him regarding Rosita is pretty illogical to me, but I don't really care about him and Sasha.

Unless Morgan changes his worldview or they kill him off to despite that and get super dark about it, I don't see him being killed off this season. Show Carol is sort of a combination of comic Andrea and comic Michonne. They could continue expanding that with her (especially the Michonne side of things now that Richonne is a thing) but I think it's more likely that she'll be killed. I think Glenn and Carol are nearly locks for being killed off, maybe Daryl too. Denise pretty much died in Abraham's place with the whole dickbiting thing and arrow through the face, so I doubt he'll be killed off now. Especially with the Sasha stuff starting up and her already having lost Tyreese and Bob. I don't see them going that overkill with shitting on her.

We have the makings of a trade agreement between two new groups that we didn't know existed before. The whole theme about this half of the season is the world getting larger, so it'll be more about that, rebuilding civilization. Plus, they wouldn't go through the trouble of establishing Hilltop in the story if they didn't plan on using it. They built that entire set from scratch. But no, they don't have everything they need, that's why they attacked the Saviors in order to take their share of what the Hilltop has. They have guns, nothing else really. That's what Eugene was getting at with manufacturing ammo. That can not only be used by them, but also as currency for other things, like food.

Yeah it would be stupid, but it's telegraphed by this point. We literally thought we saw him eaten alive and they left it on that for like 3 or 4 episodes, only for him to miraculously escape. What's the point of doing this then? It's to build up a feeling of security when it comes to his safety in the plot. Same with him and Maggie getting pregnant. Same with all of his "inspirational" speeches to Enid and murdering those people when Heath couldn't. Whenever people have these sort of things happen to them or act the way he has this season, they're killed off. He's as good as dead. I don't think the writers are going to troll us any more regarding him.

Daryl being killed off is a complete wildcard when it comes to adapting the story. Daryl isn't someone who existed in the comics, so he could be offed at any time. It's sort of the same with the show's version of Carol, since she's a way different character. Carol basically committed suicide back at the prison in the comics. None of this bad-assery and plot about her moral dilemma existed before. Carol could be used in a variety of different ways to fill in the gaps of the story. I don't see the writers making her abandon the group again only for her to come back again. It makes no sense.

I don't think this specifically means anything honestly. It's with AMC, so they wouldn't fuck over their own property like that. Aside from that, it looks like a pet project that he could have negotiated for as part of his deal for TWD. Doesn't look schedule/budget-intensive either, since it's reality tv.

Not if it's deliberately scheduled around the filming of TWD since it airs on the same network. Like I said, don't think this is a conflict really. Doesn't mean he won't be killed off, but this on it's own doesn't mean much IMO. It'd be different if it was on a channel own by a different company or something.

Well, people are going to die, I think that much is obvious.

Well, if they kill Daryl off, he could assume the role of Rick's right hand. They did a weird thing with Daryl since he became so popular. Tyreese never got to be the same character he was in the comics, and Abraham the same though to a lesser degree. Daryl dying would also allow the Dwight storyline to work like it did in the comics as well.

The Morgan thing is a bit different since it seems they didn't have the idea to reincorporate him back into the show until after his episode in season 3 happened. I'd imagine after they decided to hire him full time and bring him back, the Prison/Woodbury storyline was already done. Post season 3 Morgan is nothing like he was in the comics and reunited with the group at a much later time, so romance with Michonne didn't seem to make sense. Especially since she had nothing with Tyreese either. That's why the Richonne thing feels bizarre to me. There wasn't even a hint of her acting like that towards anyone. They just threw in a timeskip and lolok.

but,in the comics jesus is the one who becomes rick's enforcer...michonne being the mother to carl without them having relations.
she is the first name he calls for after coming out of a "coma".
