I went to argentina a few years ago, and brazil, not that much travel sadly.

Average is 17°C to 20 °C ,with a max of around 43°C to 49°C in some places of uruguay, the lowest recorded was around −5,4 °C where i live (to in the city of "melo" −15 °C was registered once) .

Yeah a few times happened i think , but reaaaally small ones that you dont even notice , like , enough to make a 3 meters wave, so nothing really.

Not many natural disasters here, a few twisters every now and then (not where i live tho)
