I was wondering right now, why would Kishimoto keep the theater with Tobi, why he don't unmask him already, refrain from reading this topic, because this could be serious spoilers!!!.
I came up with a few theories of why Tobi don't remove his mask already.
Theory #1, He has Acne
As is knew Uchiha are well known due their Sharingan and for being handsome guys, since he developed a serious case of acne, he don't want to put the Uchiha clan in danger.
Theory #2, He is so Ugly...
After being defeated by Shodaime he decided to hide his face due the several deformations caused as the result of the battle between both Shinobi.
Theory #3, He was so ashamed...
He was so ashame of losing his the fight against Shodaime, so he decided to hide his face forever.
Theory #4, Fibrous histiocytoma...
He has several Fibrous histiocytoma in his face.
Theory #5, He....
He tells people that he is Uchiha Madara, hide behind a mask so people will think that he is not really Uchiha Madara but someone else who potray himself as Uchiha Madara.
