I think the 1999 Anime is still better in terms of adapting the original design of the characters and the theme songs of the 1999 Version is much better.

I've only seen part of the more recent remake of it and it's quite good. Oh yeah, it is hard sometimes to find a good OST to match the anime or more importantly the actual type of anime it is from a manga "perspective" I guess.

I'm actually really behind on HxH at present. I'm trying to catch up as much as I can. I'm currently on reading the Greed Island arc. So yeah a long way to go. :XD

I think I read a lot more chapters but I completely forgot half the story so I went back.
