Done Translation Help

Hi everyone! This is my first post here
Please excuse my english which isn't the best (not a native speaker).

At the moment I'm trying to translate a doujinshi (I hope it's ok to ask about a translation here?) I have some trouble with this sentence, I can't quite figure it out....

The context basically is: Guy A is bothering/molesting Guy B. Guy B then smashes a bottle against Guy B's head. Guy B then says:
"お前はすぐに手が出るなあ"
Omae wa sugu ni te ga deru naa

and then
"他でもそうなのか"
Hoka de mo sou nanoka
"そんな訳が無いよな"
Sonna wake ga nai yo na

So far I would have translated it as something like
"You're quick with your hand,
are you as quick with every part of your body?
Of course not..."

But obviously the literal translation is quite different (If I understood it correctly).

- I had the idea that it could be a reference to the idiom のどから手が出る – Nodo kara te ga deru, used when someone really wants something. Since it literally means "a hand comes out of a throat", could it be that Guy B is asking if "a hand comes out somewhere else too", therefore asking if Guy A is secretly enjoying the situation.

- The other idea was that it's dirty language and he asks if "something else" will "come out somewhere else" soon?

- or that 他で refers to another place instead of somewhere else on Guy A's body. So he's asking if Guy A would smash a bottle on someone's face someplace else too.

Is any one of these correct? And how to best translate the whole thing?
