Dude thanks for the rec on the other day, I'm enjoying Prey so far. I'm only like one hour into the game so far though. It reminds me of System Shock or Bioshock etc.

xdddddd No, I actually got Redux on sale some time ago. But I guess I was more motivated to play it over other stuff. (but I did get the 2 Wolfenstein games for $8 a piece after that trailer )

Mmmm, not sure what I could really say without spoiling the surprise. I guess just pick what seems interesting. Where are you in the game?

Still trying to find time to play through the reduxes. Is it just me or do I feel like Exodus will join the open world meme at least partially?

No real "feel" to it, pretty sure it's known to be an open-world game. As long as there are enough tunnel gameplay I don't have a problem with it. The "open world meme" that I'm referring to is when they're applying it to shit like sports and driving games. As long as a map doesn't feel empty, I don't think open world isn't too big of a problem.

Don't think that's the point of the game. It's tense and somewhat psychological, but it isn't at the level of horror games in general, much less something like Outlast. The spooks are probably at the level of something like Bioshock.

Well, Redux is supposed to be considered a 2 part story. Metro 2033 is only the first part, and it's smaller iirc. He might still factor into Last Light, but not sure. Only have an hour or so into it right now.

Yeah.It's probably primarily a survival game in a post apocalyptic setting with a touch of horror...I guess.Thought with the mutants being in the game there'll be some jump scares.I haven't encountered any yet,I think and If I had it didn't have much impact on me.
