With the latest DB released. There is starting to emerge regular sharingan Jutsu. Actuall Bloodline Kekkei Genkei Jutsu using Sharingan. Sort of like th hyuuga.
In the beginning of the story of Naruverse the Sharingan and Uchiha has been a clan that was suppose to specialize in Genjutsu and fire techniques. This really hasn't been speculated on in actual techniques. Just general AH MA GOH MS techniques. But what about regular Sharingan genjutsu. There has been some regular genjutsu revealed with the databooks. Which seems to show that though the power of the Uchiha revovle around the Sharingan and the legendary level of Mangekyo.
So far for Mangekyo jutsu we have, Kamoi, Susano'o, Amaterasu, Tsukiyomi. We see that these are some of the most powerful techniques not only in the Uchiha arsenal but as well as in the Naruniverse. Thing is. The Uchiha Clan was feared to be the strongest Clan(One of the strongest imo). But ALL uchiha did not have MS hell I would even go as far to say only a handful of them out of their entire lineage ever reached MS. So what techniques made these eyes sooo powerful for regular Sharingan users.

Magen • Kyouten Chiten is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. Using the copy and counter functions of the Sharingan eye, the Uchiha clan member can stop the sensory spell cast on their body and reverse it back on their opponent.

Magen • Kasegui no Jutsu is a Genjutsu technique unique to the Uchiha bloodline Sharingan holders. After activating their Sharingan, the clan member will look into the eyes of their target to bind them with a paralyzing illusion. This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.
Only two Genjutsu's that I could canonly find that are Uchiha Bloodline Jutsu. There is more to the Uchiha bloodline than just a fire affinity and Sharingan eyes. Just how Hyuuga had byakugan eyes they also had special techniques dervived from their bloodline abilities. And It seems that Sharingan does aswell with genjutsu. Im willing to bet that the Sharingan Genjutsu Sasuke casted on Sai is a bloodline genjutsu aswell that makes the user feel a sense of confusion and axiety to the point they are not able to control their bodies.
But I was reading list of genjutsu while coincidently reading the chapter that arc of Madara telling Uchiha Itachi purpose in life. Was to giving Sasuke more power and make him the heir of the Uchiha name. That and when madara made the statement of Itachi transferring all of his "eye techniques" into Sasuke. He didnt say transfer his MS techniques into sasuke but his eye techniques.
Now I started to think about it that it was merely MS jutsu's that he transferred. But then i start seeing that regular sharingan had some jutsu's aswell that were overshadowed by MS. Then I read further back on how Zetsu said we haven't seen Itachi "True" Strength. And what do we know Itachi truth strength was. Genjutsu. So with all that stated. Im starting to beleive.
Uchiha Itachi not only transferred all of his MS jutsus into Sasuke but all of the normal sharingan jutsu and genjutsu into Sasuke as well seeing as that will classify as eye techniques aswell. As Sasuke moves on in the story line we will of course see his Sharingan in action and probably wont see him spam MS on fodder nin anymore but regular Sharingan genjutsu and techniques. Through Sasuke we will not only see the true strength of Itachi but we will also see the fullness and true power of the Uchiha Clan and the Sharingan. Cuz as we have all clearly read. Itachi did not just bestowe Sasuke with his MS power, and eye techniques but the very name of Uchiha to Sasuke.

Quite possible. Sasuke was genjutsuless pretimeskip. And what happens after the timeskip. As he trained his sharingan. He gained a high level of genjutsu mastery that was able to keep up with his older brother who was a master of genjutsu. So I do think the Uchiha Bloodline Jutsu do have to be learned cuz now kishi is pointing out bloodline jutsu not just augumentatin for the Uchiha clan. Like certain genjutsu w/ regular sharingan.
Now that i continue reading back.
Zetsu who is close companions with Madara. Stated that Mangekyo contained the strongest ninjutsu in the right eye and the strongest genjutsu in the left eye.(or what ever eye he designated) But he didnt say Amaterasu and Tsukiyomi was the strongest. It basically been speculation. I tried going basck and fidning where it said that Tsukiyomi and Amaterasu were the strongest but failed in doing so.
So i think that regular sharingan has its kekkei genkei jutsu. And Mangekyo has more bloodline techniques than just Amaterasu, Susano'o, and Tsukiyomi.
Cuz so far we are starting to see and explore different techniques of the MS. Kakashi MS ninjutsu. And its almost safe to assume the extradoinary powers of Madara come from HIS MS which he probably explored and obtained over the years.
It kind of upsets me because this all seems to be true and this basically means that Uchiha bloodline has a shitload of jutsu in the regular arsenal of Sharingan and shitload in there MS arsenal. Which is beginning to add up why the are the strongest clans(One of the strongest) in the manga. And Why kishi is saying they have the strongest eyes.
I think Sasuke is going to have every Jutsu that is capable of the Uchiha Clan. By the end of the manga. Truly dawning the heir of the uchiha name.
Now with all this said. Im starting to be convinced that Sasuke does have Tsukiyomi but hasn't really used it. But is just sinking into the Uchiha clan sharingan genjutsu arsenal.
