Gotta say I liked it with Fuuko all happy about the sparkles in the sky despite being a punishment while Juiz is walking away with her back to our protagonists and Andy looking at her from the corner of his eyes. Despite its crazy characters and interesting Power system UU got quite a calming and retro way of colored pages which I think is a nice contrast.

It is kinda incredible how powerful Apocalypse and UMA Galaxy are, like creating billions of stars and planets, myths, daynames and then alien races with millions of years of history who came to invade Earth and yet just mere moments ago they haven't even existed yet! Like damn!

Juiz is really pretty! And super powerful! One look of hers finished off an entire Invader fleet! Ofc no way she can do that against a meteor so they got lucky there. She has shown though why she is Nr.1. Fuuko and Andy gonna have a hard time reaching her seat, that's for sure.
That Stone Tablet is pretty freaky, knowing you only got 100 fails before the 101 triggers must be a lot of pressure on your mind. I think some rewards could include this Stone Tablet as well like including more empty slots for example.
I like how this chapter was concluded with a new mission to capture Unrepair and Andy/Fuuko working together with Tatiana, I guess that will be the formula for future missions as well so that this way we can learn more about each Union Member one by one or two by two depending on the mission composition.

Now this chapter means that we were totally wrong about Victor/Victhor as when he asked for the daynames it didn't meant that this world already had daynames but the UMA for it got killed by Union so they disappeared but said daynames had yet to come. In other words he wasn't asking the question to gauge the Union Power level but to see how advanced they are to Ragnarok!
This also means Ragnarok isn't a final end but a circle: The End of the old world and the birth of a new one. Destroy and reset so to say. Basically a snake biting its own tail. That means due Undead Victor must have survived previous Ragnaroks and kept his memory of them thus knowing of UMA Galaxy already before anyone else knew that this punishment included! Maybe the 1865 isn't a date of our World like a president assassination but actually a counter for how many times the world has been reset already? Like I'm going daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn~ over here over those possibilities!

This is going to be a crazy journey for sure and I have a feeling Tozuka has it all planned out, not like under 100 chapters but more like 200-300 even if the pacing feels fast right now, it might end up being just a very long prologue similar to OP before they entered the Grand Line. And if Ragnarok is not the end but just a new beginning then even if this world ended, we might just get to see the birth of a new one, maybe with both Andy and Fuuko somehow surviving it (Adam and Eve?) and remembering the previous world.

Hey, at least their track record isn't that bad. If the organisation has been around for over 60 years, that means they've been succeeding at least 60% of the time (if they failed every time, the tablet would've taken only 25 years to fill).

i think when viktor said 'decent line up' can also mean that the roundtable 'power level' is better than previous one based on that concept days still no exist in 2020.. maybe the previous one they got earlier due to incompetence or weak so they cannot complete more quest.

Gotta be honest, when this info was revealed I feared that this mange would get axed since there's only 1 slot remains on the Stone Tablet. Hope this manga doesn't end soon, it's great.

I don't think you need to worry about that. There are several series that are doing worse and they're already at 12 new launches this year, so they won't be in a hurry to cancel something that's selling decently.

Read the first 5 chapters, great start. Andy is unhinged with a good heart and I love that. Fuuko is sheltered and introverted but is changing due to Andy's crazy and primal antics. Understandable due to their powers. The plot works so far. I'll keep reading.

Well, Spoil already said what the world looked like before his birth in ch.14: A stagnant world where everything grew uglier and uglier, where living beings took Life for granted until his birth brought a beautiful circle of life and death, of growth and spoil. Interestingly enough Spoil might actually be the UMA that, similar UMA Galaxy who besides stars also brought myths and daynames, brought death to the World, so Andy was a Negator to one of Spoil's possible rule changes due his birth.
So I assume everything really just lived forever and that was "normal" until Spoil came to be. If Negators do remember the past then I can see why past Negators thought Spoil was a bad rule as humanity no longer lived forever and even most Negators had to die due old age or wounds now. Especially when they told Negators who had no memory of the time before Spoil as they weren't born yet get told that the humans from the old age were basically immortals until it was taken from the UMAs, from God. For normal humans when Spoil was born it has always been this way, for Negators it was a horror story of billions of deaths that should not have been a thing. Maybe immortal humankind was very different to our humankind, like much smaller population, less worried about the future as they basically lived in a garden Eden where all the fruits could not spoil and any animal losing his meat for a steak could not die or decay. If you were a Negator remembering how easy Life must have been back then, then UMAs with their added rule to the universe must be the devils themselves considering the huge change it brought to humankind.
Similar to language, like if all humans spoke the same language, it means the death of many things like hieroglyphs or Kanji in Japan and so on but it also means that humans from many different cultures actually had a similarity - their language, to communicate and cooperate. That alone would certainly have changed many historic events.

Yeah, I also think that since the first UMA around 50 to 60 years must have passed. Makes you wonder what kind of UMAs they have been prevented from being born so far and what their rule changes implicated for humanity and the world itself.

Well, I doubt the UMAs see it as bad, reaching Ragnarok is their goal. Maybe each time Ragnarok came to be, another rule was manifested as normal from the restart, meaning it no longer had to be born as an UMA. If so I could see plenty of UMAs wanting nothing more than to become an eternal rule after Ragnarok came to be and destroyed earth. And I don't think Ragnarok means "our world" as our world doesn't have just one language for example. It simply means the Negators failed to disobey God's will to end the world with its imposed rules. I assume we will see Union stopping some UMAs from being born and failling to stop two more so that Ragnarok happens and then we get a restart and that would be most interesting to watch what that "restart" actually means. We do know one thing though - it means that Victor remembers all past worlds and their ragnaroks, else he could not have known about daynames before UMA Galaxy was born.

And yes, I think that was his intent. The "Axeman" meme is a popular one in the internet, both English and Japanese. Him having an Alien with Axes everywhere come to Earth in ch.20 and get his fleet annihilated by Juiz is basically UU ending the Axe event for their series. xD

Yeah, he also said "ten this time", so that means he must have seen different amount of Union members in past Ragnaroks. Same with Victor analyzing and criticizing the Union members for their fights/abilities and going as far as telling Unbreakable to leave the fight if his ability is valuable. Or when he saw Juiz having a flaming swords which is" Burn's handiwork" (which means flaming weapons are an actual thing in this world due UMA Burn) or when he complained that letting Fuuko live is a waste of a seat due her weak ability and they should let her die and replace with someone else, someone stronger "he will find to fill the roles". Victor is basically a ruthless Negator who wants the perfect line-up to fight the gods, no matter the costs.

Her helmet also is a homage to Justice, basically a blindfold. Her power must likely only activates with direct eye contact or something.

I gonna miss Billy not being there. He is fun having no idea what is going on most of the time but still just rocking it with his guns.^^

I don't think it will, mainly because either the Union can prevent the last slot from being filled as long as Tozuka wants that to be the case and also because Ragnarok not only means the end of the world but also the birth of a new one. So even when it happens, it should not matter to the story as it just begins a new arc in a new world, similar to Luffy and friends finally entering the Grand Line after hundreds of chapters, getting more crew members, items and power ups and ofc more fame as pirates.
Also there are two slots remaining, but 1 slot, the 100th can be filled without triggering Ragnarok, Once the Union fails to prevent the birth of a new UMA for the 2nd time, we are for RAGNAROK and I bet it gonna be glorious doublespreads all around! XD

What is interesting is that the Negators could just kill the UMAs, like Spoil, to return to their old world they knew yet they only seem to kill the UMAs Apocalypse points out to be killed for rewards. I think killing any UMA you just like to see dead has terrible consequences. As for Galaxy I think like Spoil he was always watching this world before his birth, how sad and lonely the moon is, how empty the lives of humans with no myths to spark their creativity and void the universe is with just one planet with life on it. My guess is that UMAs like Spoil and Galaxy always return to Earth with every respawn on a new earth like there is a certain order to rules added to the world which Victor knows of. Like he would probably know what UMA comes after Galaxy, right now I can't even imagine it. Which ofc would mean a big deal because with that kinda information in the Union the members could know which UMAs they have to prevent no matter what as well as which UMAs they can let through because they got the means to stop the annihilation of mankind like Juiz did right now with the Acks.

you should kow that the fleet start firing each others not direct command by their boss. the boss itself didnt get affected by unjusticed, read when juiz said that he wast kill himself, meaning his talk about his justice is nonsense, the boss aliens didnt believe himself. But all his alien race believe it. thats why my conclusion is juiz no need eye contact or sight to activate her power.. any being in the ship/fleet get effected. man, i am tripping myself// sorry for my bad english//
and one more thing. i think juiz cannot negate VICTOR too.. she said in chapter 17, the one who lack ambition or justice cant 'influence others'.. Victor had no justice.. but andy had one thing, to protect fuuko, thats why he got effect but not victor.
so what limits? no need touch like fuuko or sight like shen? how she used her power? damn we may get explained more detail later..

@kakilangit Yeah, I think you're right about the effect of Juiz not needing eye contact to work. After all she was using her ability on Andy and Tatiana back then when Andy and Fuuko first sat on the round table. She didn't put her hat down back then. So the condition trigger must be something else. And given the Ack General survived it also means her Power ain't all powerful, guess he didn't believe his own Justice much either which is interesting because it either means he didn't saw sense in murdering all humans and was just saying what was seen as norm in his society or that he put himself as more important than his own species survival and thus what he spouted out was crap because in truth he is all about that me, me, me. xD

About the Thor thing, we now know that the Victor chapter was supposed to be spelled Victhor and it was corrected in the volume release. Also important to note that only Andy and Victor call Victor Victor whereas everyone else from Union refers to Victor as Victhor in the manga. Thor dies in the Ragnarok due poison and Victor is quite adamant about being a human and not a god, it will be interesting to see what happens when Ragnarok actually happens.

As for the new chapter: BRAZIL!!!
Rio de Janeiro looks less populated than I expected. Like I am pretty sure that hill behind that city is a huge Favela in our world, also the beaches and streets are quite empty. Could be just laziness but we are talking about a mangaka who had to correct the printer about a "h" in somebody's name so I don't really think that is the case here. Maybe this world really has a smaller human population than ours?
Also the Cover was great, very SCP like with the addendum about what happened to the wasted town and the three kids. Don't think I have ever seen a Cover page with so much text/explanation in it before, maybe in HxH. It was a nice extra to fill up the last tiny hole about the kids from back then.
Loved the tea-time of Fuuko (or should we call her Izumo?) with Juiz in a room with the planetory system as roof mural, like a day ago they had no idea that other stars besides sun, moon and earth could exist and now look at that room. I wonder what was in the mural before, maybe just the three known planets? Fuuko having to go through all those "scanty outfits" made me realize that she is actually dressed very normal and in comparison to other female protagonists in other battle mangas quite moderate. Like she is not showing off her boobs, legs, butt and even her head is hidden partial under a hat and her hands are in gloves. No mini-skirt, cleavage or pantyshots or sexy poses, etc in her daily average panels. Obviously that is due her experience of her skin causing Unluck if touching others but still when you look at other female characters you realize that Izumo ain't there for the usual fanservice and that her skin showing serves a purpose when she has to do so. Like in this case putting on dresses for a Black Auction as otherwise she would never be let in.

Glad when Andy told her to be more confident about her looks, telling her she is a ten if he ever saw one. If it weren't for his insisting of getting kissed he'd be a good gentleman. Here I also really liked Fuuko, girl is her own woman, no means no and you can't respect her no then TRUCK TO THE FACE; BIATCH! Oh and get eaten by sharks which should not exist in Rio but whatever, Unluck happens. XDDD
Like I get people feel uneasy about this and it could have been handled way more grown-up and elegant, like Fuuko just sighing and asking why he wants to get a kiss in a city full of people which means mass casulty and Andy being surprised how calmly she handles his question for a kiss and then telling her the stuff at the beach. But then that would most likely not have resulted in the whole truck-shark combo ending with a Tatiana finisher and I guess Tozuka really wanted to show that so he had Fuuko run away and ofc Andy would chase her so that this series of Unluck would happen.

Also guess Robots or Robot suits are a normal sight in this world given Tatiana enters the auction like this and Void, who we saw in his real human form for the first time, had his robot suit as a battle suit. Maybe it is just a thing due their smart doctor but then Tatiana would be a dead give-away that they are from the Union and then the whole fake marriage thing would not be needed so I don't think robot suits are Union-only equipment.

Well, next chapter gonna be interesting for sure to see the Mafias and what will be auctioned off in this black market and what Unrepair's deal is with it and why he needs Unseen for it, probably to steal something would be my best guess.^^

But if Victor/Victhor destroys the world or is somehow part of it why does he want Union to have stronger members who are trying to prevent Ragnarok from happening in the first place? Also Andy must exist for quite some time, who knows how long, did he wanted to die from the beginning or was that something that came later like perhaps with a period of Victor (I think I just stick with this name after all) taking over and then his desire to die came to be?
Questions I can't wait to see answered down the line of this story.^^

This chapter just open another possibility. Villains of the week or Something like League of Villains, regardless I am HYPE.

Unless the author is doing misdirection, eyepatch guy is 100% UNREPAIR, and the 11th seat will probably be fill by the Auction Negator. UNLESS it is another misdirection, and the Auction Negator turns out to be a better Negator than UNREPAIR, then the org will dispose him (highly unlikely).

Rip (funny name) with his Unrepair power and his three goons (or 4 counting Unseen) seems to be a relative newcomer on the Negator scene. I like this theme of "revenge against the world". Either they don't know about God and Apocalypse or they don't care. In any case they hate how the world keeps changing without them. Like right now: The Union killed UMA Language due a Quest of Apo-chan and suddenly Negators like Feng are isolated even from their own friends and family, especially when they cannot speak English themselves and got no fancy translator tie like Fuuko and Shen. It makes sense hating the world and the "normal" humans who never remember the old versions of the world and see the Negators as freaks while the Negators feel left behind and confused and scared.
Fuuko explained it perfectly herself with her decision to take her life because of her power. I liked the 3 ways Andy stated Negators like them had, live life by your own rules (Andy way), chose death to escape (Fuuko way), embrace crime (Rip way). And ofc the 4th way, end God and stop all rule changes, the way of the Union.
I also liked how Fuuko defended the Union before its own leader, saying it is better than the Negator Hunters as they do the kills and captures for the prevention of the end of the world whereas Rip and co do it for shit and giggles and some money at the side. I liked it because I know some people disliked how easy-going the Union members were with the deaths of Void and Gina, especially Gina who to this day still receives fanart, and accepted Andy and Fuuko so readily into their ranks, sane Tatiana who beat Andy up. So having Fuuko defend the Union which tried to kill her is quite something because she also sees the greater picture here similar to what Shen and Gina saw, stop the world from ending no matter what it costs because Ragnarok gonna be bad when a Galaxy rule already means enslavement or genocide of humankind. I bet the plague came with UMA disease, probably was a huge shock to the Union to know how many people died in "history" due them being unable to stop said UMA.

Rip, Kain, Latla and Feng look cool and I like Latla's power which seems to prevent the most predictable outcome from happening when she gets asked about it. Kain might be able to use animals with his power or even more interesting, the Orca/Whale is an UMA named Kain by Rip. I don't think the latter is the case though, Kain seems to be a weird UMA name who are named after their rules they bring to the world. The rich and criminal were also disturbing talking happily about eating UMAs and what not. Really liked the cryptic and UMA difference in naming due Japanese having a different word for the living Rules than the English language. I bet for the Japanese readers they really liked such easy to understand name changes and it shows how the whole world changed their language and thus understanding of things as English, compared to other languages, is quite a simple language thus such changes in naming happened. I also really like Tozuka's use of foreign languages like Chinese with the translation in (), especially with the rule change happened to the world foreign speaking Negators feel even more foreign to this kind of world than before.

I kinda wanted a bid off between Andy and Rip but given Rip had planned to do a Amok run anyway that development wasn't possible. So Andy and Fuuko going ham on the ship to reach Rip and co quickly is a fitting development. Lol about Fuuko saying in the Cover (love those infodump covers <3) that she would take care of the brought clothes (Lololol, the bust refitting of her chest cost 100 bucks wow XD) and then she throws away the wig and shoes. XD
Well, it is an emergency and money ain't a problem with the Union supporting them but still.^^

so now, most likely the union will change their target, yeah? RIP will never join the union or he will sabotage the union from inside.
Unseen, i thought the mission will choose her/him to compensate lose unrepair, but maybe this is not the case anymore
So, any negator on auction must be the one who get saved
or juiz/others union will try others negator if they fail this mission, Unburn is the last negators they knew the location.

Fuuko being furious and immediately in charged and goes rampage to outrun the negator hunters, you love to see it..

i want more see that whale UMA and Owl looklike UMA, but hope the union save negators and UMA too..

The whale spits out a container, that the buff dude is carrying it on the next page. Whether that container contains Unseen, is another question that could be answer next chapter.

Part of me think they will use that container to carry out the auction negator.
