Lol about Fuuko saying in the Cover (love those infodump covers <3) that she would take care of the brought clothes (Lololol, the bust refitting of her chest cost 100 bucks wow XD) and then she throws away the wig and shoes. XD

It is good to see that Andy cares about the economy and the financial livelihood of others. With Clothy he could have had copied it for no cost after all basically stealing the style.^^
Makes me wonder if there are some UMAs besides Move that are used by Union or other organisations. Like imagine a Mafia with a Drug UMA who vomits out heroine or a Politician with an UMA that gives his speeches charisma.

This was the most important part/world building of this chapter: Negator powers jump from human to human after death!
This explains why Fuuko didn't had her Unluck before the age of 8. Until then someone else was the unlucky bastard living with it.
So this means when an UMA dies his rules and effects are lost to the world, like UMA Language, but if a Negator dies then the power can be found again if looked for. Meaning... right now out there in the world is somebody who suddenly got Gina's power of Unchange... I bet we will see Andy and Fuuko meet that new power holder of Gina's power sometime in the future.
Also Chikara's power seems to be "unstrength" if anons on /a/ are right as his name would mean Strength if translated and so far many names played on their powers. Like Andy from Undead spelled out by Fuuko and Fuuko full name meaning lucky child or something like that.
Poor Chikara though, the past days must have been hell to him with his family and friends suddenly speaking only English and not understanding him. But since he didn't freaked out about the stars or that days suddenly have names this must mean that only Union Negators who witness the birth of a new rule are aware of the change, everyone else live like it was always that way. But when an old rule dies with its UMA then all Negators in the world notice the rule change. And some like Unrepair know that the Union is behind such rule changes whereas "normies" liek Chikara who hide their power to live a normal life are freaked out by the UMA monsters and other Negators and ofc humans hunting and selling people like him.
Guess this means Unrepair won't join Union, except in shackles and into a prison cell. But I doubt Chikara has the means to be on the frontline either. He might just get a translator tie and go live his life while being observed by Union agents. But we will see.

1. Chikara will not join as the 11th seat, but will be in protection?
2. Unrepair will get capture, and may join the Union?
3. In this Auction Arc, nobody joins as the 11th seat. The Negator Hunters become the recurring villains group
4. Chikara join as the 11th seat

We know that Unburn, Unseen (got taken) are still out there as "possibilities"

No, when UMA dead or get killed, the rule still intact to the world, look on chapter 12 when SHEN explain uma's power work on ANDY. thats what i interpret it. UMA languange is special case because APOCALYPS had reward on that specific quest.

CHIKARA seems UnMOVE. we already seen UMA move. that will be dope to see them together.
i hope chikara had more upgrade power, not just target human but also anything (things, uma) from being stop in motion.. i think thats why negator hunter test it with bullet.
talking about bullet, that soldier big guy can shoot unlimited bullet? damn hope not

Ah, I'm sorry. You mean the ones like Shen's Nyoibo, right? I think this was the first time that I read a manga which in just twenty chapters already has 3 power sources (Negators, UMAs, and Artifacts). No wonder sometimes I mistake them for each other.

Okay let me try to clarify

In Chapter 4, Andy talks about a negator called UNBREAKABLE who crafted the Katana which Andy stole
In Chapter 9, one of APOCALYPSE's reward is the location of ARTIFACT REBELLION
Shen's Nyoikinko (will refer to as ARTIFACT Staff from now on) - when first introduce, it says it "excavated from China". However, it has UNBREAKABLE Kanji on it (chapter 14)
One of the Negator on the Round Table is full of Artifact (quote by VICTHOR)
In Chapter 17, Juiz used a Flaming Sword, which VICTHOR says it's UMA's Burn Handiwork

from that we can conclude

UMA power can turn into an ARTIFACT (Juiz's sword) or it has a different name all together. But for now let's called it an ARTIFACT (since the definition of artifact is man-made)
UNBREAKABLE "enhances" the power of the artifact (Shen's staff)

now let's go back to the Gun, there are three possibilities for it

1. The Gun is a ARTIFACT loot
2. The Gun is a ARTIFACT made by someone else using UMA Power
3. Muscle Dude is a negator, and the gun is a tool for him to negate

Nice chapter.
Did not expect Fuuko to be caught up in the attack, but that does make the battle more entertaining.
Also, Tatiana is actually fighting two on one? Is her power that broken? Hopefully they don't offscreen her battle (I have a feeling this is what will happen, sadly)

Yeah, Fuuko's deadly injury gives the fight a time limit as well as a hard to reach goal as so far Unrepair is the first "main villain" we got in this series. His reasons are pretty mundane "We gonna rule the nations!" but eh, he thinks little, who needs to kill God when you can own the world after all? XD

Same with the leading up to his resolve getting steady and using his ability on his own. I still dunno if he will join Union for real due his deep love of his family but if he does I wouldn't mind much. Can't wait to see how Tatiana deals with the other two. That and when exactly Unseen enters the stage and for what item exactly he was needed as it is getting clear that getting the Negator was just a bonus as they would have just killed him if he was useless and you do not risk such an Operation for something you might most likely kill yourself. Probably an artifact?

I predicted that Fuuko or Chikara will get hit. For now I will also predict that Unmove will not be the 11th seat. Something unpredictable would be Unseen becomes the 11th seat (another wild card in this arc)

Unseen has already been kidnapped, no? They said that this group of Unrepair and the others has already taken some Negators to prevent them from joining Union, so I think we might not see Unseen at least up till the end of the arc. Assuming Unrepair is taken care of this arc (As in taken out for good)

Yep, I like this prediction more. Tbh, I am not a fan of Unmove's skillset. It's basically a crappier version of Void's ability. Bit of a letdown personally. Unseen's ability is more original, so would be more entertaining to follow story wise.

Just caught up. This manga is awesome. The main character is Goku-Muzan with something akin to Vageta's attitude. And female Zechs Marquis from Gundam Wing. How is this series not on fire yet?

Well, guess it is the next Kimetsu no Yaiba. It'll brew steadily and silently in the background until people realize it is a great one just waiting for the gold rush...

I do find the nude gag with Andy increasingly annoying though. I feel like that hinders it, though there's also the chance it would have gotten canceled if it had played itself more serious or heartwarming. Too many series until now have suffered that fate for being too "safe".

Lol, I don't think it gonna be KnY 2.0 as much as I love it, but I believe and hope it will grow to become a 30k seller, 50k seller and then a 100k seller before it gets an anime, which I hope it gets someday as well. But I am happy you like it so much, @Admiral Teach . It is always fun to share things you enjoy with others who feel a similar joy with it. <3
Personally I think it could become a JjK 2.0 as it has similar problems like sometimes having overflow in panels or that it has an overload of stuff happening in one panel, which ofc isn't always a bad thing but it can be tricky for some readers to read it easily then. But it also has similar strengths so I think UU will find its WSJ fans.

About the Andy nude gag, like us seeing his censor dick each chapter at least once no matter how well hidden it is (like how it was inside the shark mouth lol), I think that is just the Mangaka having a giggle each time he draws the D and then censors it. Like it feels like the Editor said "you can't have Andy nude all the time" with the Mangaka replying "so you're saying I can SOMETIMES draw Andy in the nude"; "yes"; "and once per chapter is sometimes~"; "goddamnit...". I dunno I don't really see it as annoying, it is basically a "Where is Walter" thingie and who knows, we could maybe in the future see that little gag disappear forever and only rarely show up as the series progress and the mangaka matures together with his artstyle, which for some people is rough and "ugly" but I really like it. Same with his many double page spreads, so many, damn, this must be a lot of work to make the chapter happenings work with double spreads as that reduces the amount of panels of two pages with which you could progress or deepen the story further. Still enjoy them, they are a thing, a good thing in my opinion.^^

What are we saying that girl with Unrepair's ability is then? Going for Unsolid, she can affect solid objects to an extent (Not sure how this will work), but her ability does not work on liquids/gases (Which is why she could not negate/reflect the blood on Andy's sword).

wait, did everone thing Rip is the leader of negator hunters? or the founder,. he is like shen on their first appereance. so doubt it
and for his plan to rule the world/nations leader.. yeah, its sound cheesy, but it need.. we got little human conflict. i hope we got this too, not just negator and uma (and artifact) and ultimately god-creator.. like, i want human faction that can compete with negators and others, with this arc its possibly human can get uma and artifact too..

oh, now we know thats there is sub-type negator power, restriction type, i guess this type attack opponent movement/action. so far we got void, juiz? shen? and chikara.. do you think we got anothers sub-type? like victor mentioned that Phil is Risk-avoiding type. so maybe this is also Latla power type?

and about latla power, its the hardest one to guest. it has none specific used.. it look varied, but maybe there is one explanation. also the name user itself its no clue like others, or is it? latla, some say close to rational?

and tatiana got to fight 2 guys, while andy had 2 'useless' sidekick, one hurt one still very amateur.. its tough challenge.

We also got "risk avoiding" types like the little cyborg kid or Latla, the woman who is with Rip. Would be interesting to see what sort of negator types exists overall similar to HxH where we got the whole Nen system with its Principles and Auras. Like right now it seems we got two major types of negators, external ones and internal ones and then different types of negating itself like restricting others or avoiding risk for yourself or others. In HxH it took a while till we got to the Nen system and were told its huge entirety, like we even got advanced techniques which are combos, so I expect that at some point we might get a "Negator power system" explanation with charts and such later down the road. At least with those mentioned types and negation labels it feels like there is a system at place which we just don't know about yet.
