I love Billy and some of Under members are very charismatic, but sadly I don't believe Under can reach the status of those. Undead's story advances too fast, and a member of Under died before he was even properly introduced.

Those other villain groups like Akatsuki reached their status because the groups lasted for years and years, and it also took at least two or three years before the first Espada or Akatsuki was defeated after the group's introduction.

yeah, all OG villian group from past had status from being 'long series', especially big 3..
but nowadays with middle long series (200+ ch) you need fast intro, and arc, like KNY, is the norm, they (mangaka of KNY,) slaughtered 4 lower moon villian (5-2) in 1 episode to reach Upper moon soon..

and to be fair, from UNDER, only RIP and SEAN are the one we know the most, others had some things missing from their characterization (ex, power, or backstory).. also author even still use RIP, as main villian after his arc, so what stop tozuka-sensei from using others member for recurring villian in arcs..
2 out of 11 main villian group, is still many.. and for Sean, he is JOBBER from his intro (get captured and humiliated), now maybe that its his gag, being jobber for others character.

They also had power to bring DEAD people to live,.. as long as Under had that, and Union cant stop them, they'll come back (in Ragnarock event)

LOOP... i dont know if loop will happen at this point (hope is still), and i dont know if we got another group or UNDER (again), who knows...

Unburn, yeah, its actually had great potential:
a. if its self inserter, that mean he cant burn, anti-heat/anti fire, tank bomb?or explosion, great pilot for any robot that easily overheat. or become ICE (0 celcius-0 kelvin/absolute zero)
b. its external target, freezing. so yeah, its basically cool/cold power, made other lost heat, or any things/object or even environment lost their heat..
unburn is anti UMA burn (fire-base power), so unburn could be Ice/cold power in any shounen series..

Yeah, every chapter the character gets sadder.

This explains how they were able to see him now (even Andy, the undead, couldn't see him when he was training swordsmanship) and why he didn't care about his arms, doesn't it? The real one is probably nearby.

I kept wondering about Anno Un bleeding to death for like... a month? Bad and inconsistent un-realism I was saying to myself.

But wow. It was actually Gold standard! To think he was a drawing. That now makes sense. And the real one is using the pen to draw Ark in frnot of them now, maybe? So sad but awesome. This character went from my least favorite to one of the best in the whole darn story.

Anno Un was his drawing coming to life?!? So that's why he didn't died when both his arms got cut off! And now his real invisible unkown to everybody present body died of old age. Dang...

Beautiful chapter.

The real Anno Un is still alive but her pencil artifact broke so she will remain alone again, watching everything but unable to communicate with anyone. What a tragic character. I wouldn't call him my favorite character but it's definitely the best one so far.

It was a beautiful chapter. Even if he was a drawing, he gave everything he had to help the others. Hope that after this the others will at least cooperate better to not make his sacrifice useless.

I still believe they shouldn't just forgive Rip over some tragic backstory, I wouldn't do it if I were in their shoes, but now that he's been called one of the heroes of the story by Anno it's clear that he's joining the good guys soon enough.

I think the issue lies in Fuuko's personality being the way it is. Like, Gina was insulting her and even out to kill her out of jealousy, but when she joined the Union her first concern was about how Gina lived her life basically always following missions.
Also in the last chapter, she told Rip that they should work together to beat Autumn. After again, being nearly killed by his ability.
She's a compassionate person, so I think if she forgives Rip Andy would follow suit.
Personally I dont want him to join Union. Want him to be like some rogue negator That would be far more entertaining for his personality.

He is the most interesting Under member for me.

Well. He's the only one that was developped up till now. We barely saw Feng and sub machine gun. We don't have much info on Latla and Billy is just Union traitor (with seemingly the most interesting power but still).

It's obvious that he and Latla are a package deal so he's not gonna join as a 11th member. I don't really see him leaving Under, but maybe more likely to cooperate and regularly share info. He'll probably also participate in the final battle (his power would be very useful against God).
Juiz could be a deciding factor in the cooperation since she has the Ark they are after.

I think the only risk/limitation I can see with his ability is that he needs a weapon for it to be more effective (The scalpel mostly). He also uses Blade Runner to activate his ability, but there was a panel this chapter where it looked like his legs had chipped off a bit? After he hits Autumn with his ability.
So like, if he doesnt have any weapon, would Unrepair still work? Like in his normal punches/kicks etc
