Was reading the reddit comments of the most recent chapter, and I found some interesting tid-bits which would help better describe Shen's ability. For those readers who it still confuses:

Untruth
It just makes you do the opposite of what you intend to do, like how Mui started insulting Shen when she wanted to compliment him instead. Although Shen has to be fond of his target for it to work, which is why it didn't work on Billy as they mentioned here.

How does the limitation work though? What is the correlation of being fond of someone with Untruth?
Dramatic irony imposed by God. For example, Unluck killed the one she loves the most. Unrepair harm the patient that wants to live the most.
Who would Shen want to use his power on the most? His enemies, those he hates. Who would he be loathe to use it on the most? His loved ones. The power applies the most to the people he’d normally have less reason or desire to use it on.

How does it differ from Unjustice?
Unjustice is more so based on the set of beliefs motivating your actions while Untruth is more about the immediate intention. For example, Fuuko is walking forward. If she is hit with Untruth, she'll go backwards. If she is hit with Unjustice, she'll kill herself.
Unjustice is more versatile and powerful but Untruth is more fitting for one-on-one combat, which suits Shen well.
Unjustice can affect much more people than Untruth, considering the fact that it drove entire armada of aliens into shooting each other's ships without Juiz ever seeing them in the flesh.

Feng might actually be great. We're in for an incredible fight.
His dream is to become the strongest of all ? Is it just to defeat God by himself ? It presumably comes from the fact that he couldn't protect his sister.
Is Shen inspired from the Monkey King mythology ? He has a growing staff, a flying cloud and a desire to beat anyone so...

I like how Shen seemed like he was angry at his former fellow student's corpse being desecrated, only to go, "Naah who cares about that stuff?"
Still wondering if Feng is a skeleton under the cloak though. There's no way he's still a flesh and blood body.

I'm not very sure, I feel like Shen would have recognized his master from the get go? Then again maybe Shen isn't the type for that mushy crap.

Why do I think that Feng's face looks like Mai's?

I had a feeling that Feng could be Mai as well. That would be crushing for Shen, for sure.

It seems to the be same move Shen used on Victor in the Spoil arc:

Now it makes sense, when I used the Google Tradutor to traduce the picture it got something related to Mountains.

I guess that move comes from the dojo where he trained, and we know Feng killed everyone there. The hypothesis that Feng is Mai grows a bit

From my understanding, Feng is Shen's master. But when he used the artifact to restore Rip to being a kid, he aged and become younger?

Which is why those two panels follow each other. But again, this is my understanding
