Remember kid Rip? He was turned into a kid after Andy 'killed' him. By the same artifact that Unknown used to revert Rip's age a while back. Rip explained that the backlash for using that artifact is you lose/gain ten times the amount of years you use on the artifact. So Feng was an old man, him using the artifact on Rip made him revert to being a kid.

Chapter 58: Tie Shan Kao

-Shen had three conditions he asked of his master before beginning his training: Sending Mei to school (with Luo's prize money), a house with a roof and bed, and three meals a day.
-Shen's master, whom Shen calls Feng, tells him that those conditions are as far as his freedom goes, and that he must now fulfill the master's own condition: to surpass him.
-Shen tells Feng to not die before then, and Feng replies that he'll wait for him "without aging".
-A brief explanation of Shen's powers via narration; Shen has to discern which actions to negate, so opponents with more experience and a faster thought process (i.e. Juiz, Nico, and Andy) can see through it.
-Shen tells present-day Feng that he reminds him of someone he knew and has been searching for for a long time.
-Even though he seems too young to be him, Shen thinks the similarity in their styles can't be a coincidence
-As Feng tries an upper kick, Shen uses Untruth, forcing Feng to kick downward, launch himself in the air, and descend on Shen using Luo's corpse as a shield.
-Shen remarks that even in their tactics, the two (present Feng and Shen's master Feng) are similar.
-This prompts Feng to make Shen remember him by using a move called "Ba Hui Shan Kao (Hakkai-sankou in Japanese, "Hakkai" meaning "eight revolutions")"
-In another flashback, Mei tells Shen that she got hurt at school trying to defend her friend from getting bullied; effectively trying to imitate what she saw Shen do, though this failed.
-Feng jokingly suggests that Mei kill the bully with a knife, making Shen angry.
-Shen takes Mei outside to teach her the basic technique he learned from his master--Tie Shan Kao ("Tetsu-zankou" in Japanese, "Tetsu" meaning "iron").
-Shen explains that it's an incredibly powerful technique that involves bumping an opponent with one's back (other sources i found call it a "shoulder bump").
-Mei masters it instantly, even smashing a massive boulder.
-Feng seems intent on making Shen and Mei kill each other, which Luo tries to stop.
-He kills Luo, saying "So there were two dragons...".
-Back in the present, Feng takes off his hood and tells Shen he's going to make him back him back for raising him.
-Feng asks Shen, "Have you surpassed me?" and Shen calls out Feng's name

Not sure I understood everything well but it was a nice setting chapter. We're going full combat in the next.

This is probably when Shen got his Untruth.
He didn't want to fight Mei but Untruth made him do it. Or made her fight him. Well it made them do what they didn't want to.

-like how, UxU used different method of storytelling on this arc. Differ from others arc before.
since the beginning of arc every chapter open up with flashback, with few page enough to tell own story with end in cliffhanger, so that we want to see more of what will happen (what happen to his s*****, etc). This back and forth with present story made it blast of hell of experience. with interchange connection and loose between (FB had his senior, Present his senior appear again. FB had shen master focus, so the present)

-many call who Feng is, so not so surprise but still great revelation over all.
-Glass Girl in page 1, mei's friend, must be MUI, yea????

-thats also what my conclusion is. But, there is flashback when shen likely got someone fall of cliff. So, which one cause of mei's 'death'? or that is same sequence

-This is the first time we see Shen lose his cool face. Damn, what kind of monster you are can trigger/anger Shen so much. After last chapter when he act normally after knew his senior's fate.

Translated summary (Rough):
-Shen can't use untruth because it can only be activated by people he is fond of.
-So he gets beaten up.
-"Ah, it finally makes sense. I've been wondering why my sister let go of your hand after trying so hard to live with you that day. It wasn't her letting go. You killed her with your eyes. So that was the truth."
-Shen, growing stronger with each deathly despair, takes Mui and shows up at Andy's side fighting Summer.
-He thanks Andy for getting him the time manipulation artifact in exchange for bringing Rip back.
-Feng has brought Rip back 15 years, which makes him 150 years younger.
-Andy gives Feng a Red Whirlpool Fist to recreate the terrifying strength he felt when he lost his sister in front of him and wants to defeat it.

So Feng is the reason why Shen is combat junkie too. I would want to know Feng's reason for becoming the strongest and how he could live so long ?
Anyway he's very good at being an antagonist you want to punch right in the face.

That was before Shen appeared. Also I have a hard time imagining someone like him following orders.
But just wait until they get Mui back but lose Fuuko. It's UNavoidable (We didn't forget you Void-can).

(Also we just got confirmation Shen was grooming Mui into the perfect substitute sister. ew. But understandable with traumas and all that)

So, it really was Sheld's Negator Abilities fault that Mei died, as hinted in that frame with someone falling some chapters ago.

What do you think is Feng's Negation? Could it be something similar to Undead, but just to make him age? UN-age does not make sense because he do ages. Maybe it was another artifact? Maybe that bracelet gives him the timespan of those he captured? I don't know.

I remember (Vaguely) Spoil saying that before he was added as a rule, people just lived without having to worry about aging/spoiling. Maybe Feng is one of the people who existed before this rule was added?

I actually wonder whether they ever suffer consequences for losing their missions now Like Rip and Latla just got back from the auction and they weren't excommunicated or anything.

I doubt so. They all have different goals that kinda align on the long run. They follow because he's the strongest it seems but they're still a group of ''rogues''
I don't see what kind of consequences Billy could enforce on them. If he beat them up, they would just leave. So it's probably more like "You need to do this and that or our GOALS will suffer the consequences.

Feng WILL take Fuuko. But it's more because he loves mayhem and want to get Andy and Shen mad so they come and try to kick his ass. So it goes well with his goals and "ideals".

He wanted artifacts, iirc. Tbh, I always thought he would end up fighting Phil (Since his body is also made of artifacts). But if he loses to Andy and Shen I suppose that would be fine as well.
I like the idea of both Fuuko and Mui being kidnapped though. The next arc after this can be a 'Rescue Fuuko' arc. Would spice up this global quest arc a bit (Detours always make arcs more fun than they are supposed to be)

If he did not age, maybe he could be UnSpoil...but that is not the case, he aged. Slowly, but aged.

yooo, FENG is the real deal!!!!smart and strong.... and has no line/boundaries, do whatever he want, he take no order from other (abandon the mission for his own goal). Crazy dude.
This guy can best ANDY on his own game, analyze others power, how they work, what is their weaknesses.. Also stronger than andy on 'strength' and skill..
So he still not used his power this whole time?? when he 'beat' shen and this chapter. Scary, man!

Shen still had way to go..
and when andy said that being strongest made you 'hollow' as hell. poor andy, spoke from experience pretty much? or victors..

the only weakness from feng is will be classic/cliche, he will fight alone against shen and andy!

Things get real...Hope feng will start serious and being real too...
