Just what is Kakashi so adamant about hiding with that mask of his? Kishi gave us a little tease during the Kakuzu and Hidan arc with burning his mask a little bit, but it never came off.
I say he's got a gnarly pair of wolf fangs and he just keeps the mask on just out of physical preference. Or he has some kind of crazy seal wrapped around his upper neck that leads up to his lower face, or something Kakashi-like.
Anyhoo, fire away : )
