i have a few guesses about the underworld brokers. I cant see Oda revealing a big dawg like kaido like this or even the last 2 shichibukai. I think that most of the undeword brokers will be either characters we have seen before or levle 6 prisoners

obviously on this page is kid, pekoms, and tamego. The guy with the with the cigar is either crocodile, mr 1, or shililew. personally i think its shililew, we have never seen his head and since blackbeard is a yonkou now, im sure he has gain a lot of followers and his main crewman are division commanders, so i can see shililew being the underworld dealer for blackbeard

the guy with the sword is hawkins, if you look closely at his right hand, it looks like he is holding a card in his hand, and hawkins did have a sword.

that guy in the bottom left panel in the background, kinda looks like killer's head gear but i dont know. The middle panel guy reminds me of blueno, but he seems to have a helmet on, but maybe he has a helmet on shaped like his hair because i cant see oda using that same hair design twice. the guy on the right i have no clue but he definitely is an older guy, he has a beard and a cigar and in the one piece world everyone like this is older.

its obvious the guy with the top hat is rob lucci, but i dont know if the guys in the left panel are with lucci or they are their own seperate group. Either way i would love to see the old cp9 leading a pirate group of assassins. the guy in the hood looks cool and the guy with the teddy bear head reminds me of the guy from afro samurai

Sorry to say buddy but that is a lot of a ton of speculation.

Kidd, Pekoms, and Tamego are the only ones who we can definitely be sure of.

That person with the sword is definitely not Hawkins. Besides the shape of the face and the hair, the sword isn't Hawkins sword. That sword has a katana type hilt, while Hawkins sword is customized to look like a voodoo doll.

The person with the cigar looks entirely new. I mean, cigars aren't exactly exclusive to the folks you listed. The face isn't shaped like Croco-boy, Mr. 1 chin is a bit more square, and Shililew's chin is a lot bigger than that.

That dude on the bottom left panel can't be Killer cause he would be with Kidd, also this is his new look. The other people look new.

I highly doubt that person with the top hat is Lucci. Just because he has a top hat does not necessarily mean that it is Lucci. Also it looks like he has round-rim glasses. Also, also, there is no Hattori.

his jaws, hair and size all fits perfectly, he is a new world pirate capitain and former ally of Whitebeard

guy in third pannel from the back in cowboy hat and sunglases is Reforte

you cant se clearly but from desctiption its almost clear...

Reforte is a chubby man, with long light colored hair. He wears a shirt that shows most of his chest, and a black coat draped over his shoulders. He has dark colored pants and wears boots. He also has a black hat, and wears sunglasses.

I think the only ones you can be certain about are Pekoms, Tamago, and Kid. The Cigar guy in Chapter 674 is definitely not Shiryu, Crocodile, or Mr. 1. Different hair, body shape, and stuff. The guy with the sword can't be Hawkins, the hair, and face are different. Also, Hawkins was outside in Kid's hide out. Also, he's not holding a card, necessarily. Bottom left isn't Killer, we've seen Killer already, it's different. I think I've seen the ones on the right and middle were at the War, under Whitebeard.
The top hat guy probably isn't Lucci. Different hair, and no Hattori. The people on the left panel are definitely not with Lucci, even if it is Lucci. Lucci wouldn't get new comrades, nor would he be a broker.
