Discussion Unknown Abilities

[Spirit]

There are many, many existing abilities that Ghouls have shown to posses throughout Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:re, but these two stand out as being almost entirely unknown as to how they actually work. Whether it be a poor explanation or none in the first place, the abilities of the Clowns in general are elusive at best.

Roma's "Seeker" Kagune:

What we know:

• It is detachable.
• It has some sort of sentience that allowed them to expressly seek out Nico.

What we don't know:

• How it can remain active and sentient even while detached from the Kakahou.
• What to even classify this type of Kagune as.

Uta's "RC Mask":

What we know:

• Uta can change his face at will, supposedly by using a sort of mask.
• He has very advanced regeneration skills.

What we don't know:

• Whether this is a sort of Kakuja Armour.
• If it's related to RC Cell structure and malleability.
• If he needs to know a person or have some relation or contact with them to create a mask.

Note: Any discussion and theories regarding these abilities should only be considered as speculation and not taken as canon.
