Well, I think the Iron Bank is pulling some sort of play or bet. Putting money on Stannis and Night's Watch. They probably have started to think that theyll never get the loaned money back as long as a Lannister sits on the Throne. So much focus was on the loans in ADWD that it will somehow significant in future. Not sure if Littlefinger is involved within their plans, but seems quite plausible, seeing how he was ablte to make them borrow more and more.

Yeah I wonder if the reason he was able to was because he had some sort of allegiance to Braavos...though that's kind of silly considering it's Littlefinger.

Oooh, awesome. Thanks. That's pretty much putting together the pieces I figured too. I didn't pay attention to the chalked box though. I also found an alternative theory, which said that Holmes jumped straight in to the truck among the trashbags and the two persons sitting on one of the benches were actually the fake body and accomplice (Mycroft, Molly?).
