Support Uploading Manga Fan Art

[c_k]

Using my actions > upload manga fan art brings me to http://beta.mangahelpers.com/photoplog/upload.php which gives me the error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare photoplog_create_thumbs() in /home/mangahelpers/beta/www/photoplog/functions.php on line 10

Also- the nav bar's drop down menu - website > image gallery (http://beta.mangahelpers.com/photoplog/index.php) also gives me the same error message.

This is part of the forum software, and is only bugged on beta due to it being a copy of the live db and files.
