It's the sky.
The third ancient weapon is somewhere in the sky.
- Shirahoshi is Poseidon, and she was found at the bottom of the ocean. (God of the Sea)
- Pluton is at the bottom of a landmass (Wano). (God of the Underworld)
- Uranus will be hidden in the sky. (God of the Sky)
To put this into simple terms - Skypeia was located in an Ancient Cloud known as the Imperial Cumulus. The Imperial Cumulus is only known to appear in Paradise. One of the only reasons why it's even a known place at all is because Paradise has more predictable weather patterns than the New World does. With that in mind, any Sky Islands in the New World are largely unexplored. There could be an Ancient Sky Island there.
To add to this, the previous locations of the Ancient Weapons were in Isolated Nations. This is what made it difficult to access them. However, one of the only remaining Isolated Nations are the Winged Species like the Birkans, Shandorians, and the Skypieans. They aren't found in the Blue Sea. They weren't even listed in the Slave Auction list because they're so difficult to find. It's kind of surprising that we haven't seen any important Sky Islands in the New World yet. Isn't it?
Conclusion: I suspect that there are other Ancient Clouds like the Imperial Cumulus. The Imperial Cumulus, which contained Skypiea, was located in Paradise. Paradise has predictable weather patterns. More so than the New World. Almost nobody knew about Skypiea despite the fact it was in Paradise. There may be an Ancient Cloud in the New World that contains Uranus. This Ancient Cloud is more elusive than the Imperial Cumulus.
