I don't think the axis concept exists anymore. It's a whole new thing now.
Even in Urek's story we won't see it imo. Pentaminum is not an axis if we go off its original definition.
Why not? Anyone can awaken as an axis. Regardless of his origins, which is very superficial for us right now, there is no reason why Pentaminum couldn't awaken as an axis.

I think this new concept is similar to the axis concept, however it's on a lower scale imo. I don't know if penta, who is created by another being can awaken as an axis. From what we've seen from the old stories SIU wrote before tog, it's been stated that ordinary humans can randomly awaken as an axis, nothing else was really stated. Highly doubt an axis can use their author writing abilities, create a human or living entity, than that entity just has the ability to awaken as an axis. I don't think that's how it works. But let's say penta is an axis, then that means that Urek can never beat him unless he's an axis. However, if Urek is an axis then he would be considered omnipotent relative to anyone in tog. He could just kill anyone in tog including the admins, headon, etc instantly. It wouldn't make sense. I think that SIU used his axis concept as a initial idea and adjusted it into something new. It's for the better too, axises are just too broken and are unbeatable to non axises.

While this is possible it hasn't been confirmed yet unless I am forgetting something.
I believe we should also add another feat to Enryu as coming and going out of tower as he pleases, and probably where he pleases.
I think only phanta and enryu has shown feats like this. Enryu can be equivalent of higher level shinny ones in his own world or something like phanta but rather than going against darkness , he serves it.
How do we know Urek already fought Phantaminum? All I know is he was chasing Phantaminum.
