Naruto, Negato, and Tsunade(partial blood)
vs.
Sasuke, Itachi, & Tobi(Madara), Danzo and Kakashi(had to even it out a bit, and they do have a sharingan, lol)

Naruto can use Sage Mode, CrossBreed Mode, Only 6tails, and Can summon All Toads... RS Cloak
Negato can use 6 Paths of Pein, and is still cripple
Tsunade is can use her Creation: Rebirth Seal
Sasuke can use Kirin, MS, and CS2(have to make up for the one sided-ness), and he can summon Manda & A Hawk
Itachi can use all of his abilities, but will die after using Susanno'o one time
Tobi can use Izanagi twice... but if he uses it more than once he looses his sight(until the Manga states otherwise..) and the ability to use Space/Time Jutsu -- and can summon Either Kisame or Zetsu from his demension
Danzo can use Izanagi 10 times... and summon the elephant
Kakashi can use MS, summon dogs

The battle field is the same place where Team Hawk fought Killer Bee... The cloud village training grounds...
So go on... and I tried to even make it even... for Pete's sake I allowed Tobi to call on Kisame or Zetsu... please do not complain that it is one sided... just vote... I know Pein is a Beast, but I think it is even enough...
If you think otherwise... let your vote show it...
And for thread-sake... let us assume Tobi just doesn't teleport to cripple Negato and slits his throat...
EDIT: THIS JUST IN, I TRIED TO MAKE IT EVEN... BUT DANG... IT WON'T HAPPEN... SO I GAVE NARUTO 6TAILS, ALL SUMMONS, AND KYUUBI CONTROL
