Going to make a thread for this, so that it's easier to find again later on. I'll add older ones sometime later. If anyone can clarify Konomi's twitter comments for this year's top 10 teams I'll adjust those accordingly too.
Valentine Chocolate Ranking 2016
112,863 chocolates

Regarding the 2016 team results, I'm pleasantly surprised by Midoriyama's 10th place, although it once again reminds me that Kiraku isn't in NPoT, unfortunately. Also really curious which HSers propelled the G10 to 5th place. Rokkaku is lower than I thought they'd be and I wasn't counting on Seigaku to beat Hyoutei for the top spot, although maybe that happened in the past too and we just never added up the votes.
Valentine Chocolate Ranking 2016
112,863 chocolates
TBA in Vol 18
18. Kakinoki
18. Hibinogo (???)
18. St. Icarus
16. Makinofuji
16. Shishigaku
13. Josei Shounan
13. Gyokurin
13. Nagoya
12. Ginka
11. Rokkaku
10. Midoriyama
Comment: Congratulations. This is a school that only appeared in the original story and wasn't featured in the anime. Yet I've received a lot of chocolate from the fans of the team centered around Kiraku.
09. Yamabuki
Comment: Lucky Sengoku, Akutsu and Muromachi all did well, and the Jimmies... did not make the rankings. Yet, despite not attending the school, Akutsu's mother received some chocolates instead.
08. St. Rudolph
Comment: "You all dragged me down." - Mizuki. It seems like Akazawa's stress will likely build up after this. Also, even though St. Rudolph is one of the earliest schools introduced, they are still well liked by the fans.
07. Higa
Comment: "It seems there's someone who received more chocolate than me among you all." - Kite. Everyone else: "..." In the end, Tanishi is probably the one who eats all the chocolates himself though.
06. Fudomine
Comment: Uwoooooo made it! Last time it was Uchimura... this time Ibu rose in the rankings. [Then something about how he placed in the individual ranking, might be near the top this year?] I look forward to the remaining results.
05. Genius 10 (All-Japan U-17 High School Representatives)
Comment: This is an unexpected surprise! Since the start of the New Prince of Tennis, this is the first time a HSer has gotten so much chocolate.
04. Shitenhouji
Comment: The team made up of various specialists and handsome players took 4th place. They've received a lot of chocolate this year. [Second line is probably not quite right, but should fit the general sentiment.]
03. Rikkai University
Comment: You guys have been slacking off! Put more effort into it~! --- That's probably what Sanada would say about these results. I'll try to show these characters from an even cooler side this year, so maybe they will do better in next year's ranking. But this really is a consistently popular set of characters.
02. Hyoutei
Comment: "A~n I'll give you guys the win for this school battle." - Atobe. Atobe earned about half of Hyoutei's chocolates by himself. Next year's captain, Hiyoshi, did well too.
01. Seigaku
Comment: Panpaka Paan! The winner is... Ryoma's Seigaku! Inui, Tezuka, Momoshiro, Kaidou and Oishi all earned a lot of chocolates as well, resulting in an overall no. 1 placement for the team.
