According to Po Bidau Gustang, Valhalla's strength and power are comparable to that of a family leader. If it weren't for Lo Po Bia Traumerei's thin sheet, which cut Valhalla in half (an attack capable of killing someone as powerful as a family leader), Po Bidau Gustang wouldn't have been able to defeat her. Even just looking at her is hypnotizing.
1st round: Valhalla vs. Urek Mazino with a 5% shinsoo boost.
2nd round: Valhalla vs. Urek Mazino with a 30% shinsoo boost + Grace Mirchea Luslec.
3rd round: Lo Po Bia Traumerei & Valhalla vs. Urek Mazino without any limitations.
I don't think Valhalla is more powerful than the family leaders or Urek Mazino. However, if she's their opponent, they shouldn't take her lightly.
