I agree it implies he has none, I just wanted to point out that the databook isn't very consistent with missing information.

I think Streusen could have been a member. Depends on Mama's state of mind at that time. Did she have her hunger pangs at that time? If so Streusen is a necessity unless someone else is a secret master cook.

Streusen was with Big Mom when she was a child, helped her form the Big Mom Pirates and Totto Land. The only void there is when Big Mom was in the Rocks crew, so Streusen may as well have been a member too.

I get what you mean about haki but this would be a famous weapon wielded by the "Strongest Man in the World". Surely that would warrant some attention.

My only guess is that Oda had already too many things he wanted to cram into the war without focusing also on famous weapons.

Okay I unsolved the first bunch. Note that I didn't reread, I was just using the wiki so there might be some things I missed. Note that the Gorosei will likely be featured in a future pack (Levely Arc?), but the majority of characters are likely just EX characters. There are three other possible exceptions though, which are Rockstar, McKinley and Nola.

Now Rockstar could be featured in a pack that deals with the Arc that reintroduces the Red Hair Pirates, that is if he is important enough then.

McKinley should be a card, but I think it is very possible he that he gets the Mr. 9 treatment and just is EX.

Nola should absolutely be a card, she was crucial to both the Skypea arc and its flashback, and as such features on two Volume covers, and she was also featured in the One Piece Magazine lately. I think she has a huge chance to be featured in a Starter Set Vol.3. The last two starter sets featured characters from various arcs along with a new binder. Considering that a Vol.2 Starter Set was released just after a few hundred cards, and there are potentially thousands of them, I think a new Starter Set is inevitable so let's hold up our hopes for Nola!

So if we go with the new movie Rampage, now we know Bullet has CoC too. That is quite a few CoC users in one crew. Just goes to show how legendary Roger's crew really is. Monsters on that ship. So I am guessing even if Streusen wasn't part of the Rocks, someone monstrous enough or maybe a bunch of people on that crew was strong enough to subdue LinLin or just keep her unstableass in check. Kaidou was there. It is hard for me to think that only LinLin and Kaido was that powerful. I bet others on the crew were just as powerful but are now either dead or retired.

Today was a good day. I was in Dusseldorf which has one of the biggest japanese communities outside of Japan, and I found the Vivre Card databook in a store, and also the One Piece Magazine. I already bought the first binder and One Piece Magazine Vol. 4, and will probably buy the other binder and all booster packs next month. So if you have specific questions about untranslated parts, you will soon be able to ask me, and then I will ask the shopkeepers for a translation.

Some news! A new set featuring Index cards (to better organize things but so far I have only seen a sticker sheet) and at least a card for "Young Ace" will be released ... But there is some confuse about the release date. I think it releases December 28 this year but I also heard Januar next year.

Again just saying databooks don't have full aspect of information, so don't rely on them as true canon when manga and SBS could state different about it about character's abilities and situation like Haki for example.

Ace one is example of that as well others being stated like Sengoku and Kidd having COC that was reveal more through Oda side compare to other source of information to be honest.

Of course the databooks don't have full information, in the same way Oda doesn't answer every question posed to him in SBS; a lot of information he's likely planning to address in the manga itself. So omission of information doesn't mean inaccuracy. It defeats the purpose of the manga if everything is just revealed in the databooks.

So again, you've mentioned the SBS now, so what information about haki are you referring to that is inaccurate between the SBS and the manga? I don't recall off the top of my head.

Segonku being revealed to have CoC isn't inaccurate or contradictory. It's just one of those pieces of information Oda felt okay to share; likely because Sengoku isn't a character we're likely to see involved in a main fight again, and haki wasn't as prevalent pre-timeskip so he wasn't shown to use it in at Marineford. Kid on the other hand wasn't revealed to have haki until the manga by Kaido because he's a character actively involved in the story.

It's not a golden rulebook but it's definitely more reliable than the novels which don't seem to have much of Oda's involvement.

which information, so far everything he has said in vivre cards does not contradict anything in the manga, you keep saying dont take vivre card seriously but you have not given one solid piece of evidence that wants to make us believe you.

It most definitely will be split into 2. Wano arc is already longer than WCI was (78 chapters) and slowly catching up to Dressrosa (102 chapters), which had two packs.

Mainland Wano: Revolutionary commanders, Reverie Kings, Im, Orochi, Wano civilians, Kuri and Udon Gifters, The Red Scabbards that haven't been introduced before Wano, King and Queen, Page One, etc.

Onigashima: Oden and every other new character from his flashback, The Tobiroppo except Page One, the Numbers, Onigashima Gifters, any new character from a possible Kaido flashback, Rocks, etc.
