They don't. Fraudrin was the only General(as far as we know) and Monspiet himself said that Divine Lance Corporal are nothing to a Commandment. Although Fraudrin wasn't a real one. The Goddesses have simply better mooks than the Demons.
Okay, I saw that Lance Corporal thing a couple times and I wondered if I missed something. I'm still of the opinion that Fraudrin was accepted as a real Commandment though.
