In any case both covers are good, but I like more the second one.

Well, Mashima makes their boobs bigger every time he draws them pretty much for any female character.

PS: Maybe she's using pads?(Totally not joking)

LOL, it could be a possibility.
Anyway the firts cover is, I don't know, too crowded?
I think that Mashima could have done better.

I didn't notice the green hair
I suppose if she was blond would be similar to Lucy. Still, it's not that bad either

Green hair? Hmmmm may have looked better with purple, but maybe Mashima is trying to spread his scope of colours; though we already have Evergreen and....(I'm sure there's at least one other with green hair) with similar hair colour.

Yukino looks a bit out of place on that cover for me.
