I thought about Kagura, because she was with Twins, Yukino, Sorano and Minerva, all in the same place
But yeah, Hiro could include more girls copying Minerva's style, I think she looks really stylishly, it would be nice to see.

So basically Natsu could of been what Jellal is to Erza in the story and vice versa with Jellal as Natsu... think about this real quick. Natsu would of been Jellal in the "kiss scene" with Erza, Natsu would of been saved by Kagura in her cpr scene, and Jellal would be more around and less MIA and even might have something with Lucy. He decided some time ago that Irene will be a mother of dragonslayers but that she will Erza mother was decided briefly before her introduced in the story which changed few things and create few plot holes ( Like Acnologia not sensing DS 2 meters away from him because like Hiro saying " She still needs to meet with Erza " )

I'm pretty sure Hiro had decided how Jellal and Erza's relationship were going to be by the Tower of Heaven arc. Or at the very latest, by the end of the Oracion Seis arc. Jellal was introduced in chapter 1, and Erza was introduced in like chapter 10. There's a lot of time between that time, and Tower of Heaven arc. I shipped Natsu with every girl in the beginning but i always return to the main ship "Nalu"
I will always say it was because Natsu was originally planned to be Jellal's brother. If you look back you will see how Jellal mentioned knowing stuff about Igneel. Also foreshadowed he has been searching for Natsu. And also that Jellal needed Natsu.

Her Relationship status with Either Jellal or Natsu weren't decided mean that Hiro wasn't sure if go with Lucy or Erza as love interest for Natsu but well it end up with Nalu and Jerza ( one of the reasons Hiro decided to bring back Jellal ) Not that they will switch places as characters

No, I think Erza's relationship with Natsu and Jellal were set probably by the end of the tower of heaven arc - and certainly by the end of the Oracion Seis arc. It probably wasn't anywhere near as ambiguous by the beginning of the GMG arc. There's also the fact that Hiro works on chapters ahead of their actual release date. The stuff we see like the Jellal and Erza almost kiss scene could have been drawn when we were getting chapters mid-way through the Tenrou Arc.

That's possible. However, Zeref was already a character when Lullaby was introduced. So unless Natsu's identity as END wasn't planned at that time, Jellal was probably not meant to be Zeref. It's possible that Zeref had a different role though.
I got you bro, I was meaning as Erza's Pov toward Natsu could of been her Pov towards Jellal and vice versa before everything was set in stone. Or her Pov towards either of them could of been like Laxus or Makarov or Gildarts. I'm just throwing those 2 out there as their roles could of been switched or used differently because that's what Hiro mentioned
