This is pretty much correct. It's a lot easier to read shounen because it's literally made easier to read. Reading seinen isn't impossible if you've got either a lot of free time to look up every kanji you don't know or a lot of experience, though even then it's kind of difficult. Especially since Nakayama tends to have a lot of weird shit going on in his series. Still, I'll be buying that Kagyuu when I get the chance.

Odd mix though, I can imagine martial arts and seinen, though the mix of martial arts AND ecchi into seinen is a first for me. Though labels do not mean much, but usually it is easy to guess seinen from shounen, a few exceptions granted, but I am eager to see how this mixes in.
