The cover screams romcom to me, not sexual content. I can easily point out a H cover when I see one.

I don't care about the cover, the title itself is disturbing.
Would you tell people that you read "Because She is a Little Girl, I Am Excited Sexually"?

Honestly, I would consider it just to see their reaction. There are far worse covers to be caught with though (Shomin Sample and Zetsurin come to mind), and to be fair the English title is pretty hard to see here at a glance.

Long titles tend to have some diminutive, oreimo/oregairu/haganai and so on... I'm sure this one will have one as well (if it ends up popular).

Yeah, but it's not called that in Japanese. It's like the subtitle. None of the Japanese speakers call series with a different Japanese and English titles by the English title. The reason it's so long is because the guy who came up with it clearly doesn't realize how awkward a sentence it is, he just wanted to make sure it was grammatically correct. Like "The Basketball Which Kuroko Plays". It probably only has an English title at all to look cool, given the fact that the Japanese title can't really be translated.
