So-so cover. I was thinking Tanabe will do something really good again because I loved every Kekkaishi cover and Shuumatsu also had nice cover. I remember even that cover illustrations were scenes in the Kekkaishi opening which was something original.

One piece's anime has anime covers and color pages in it's openings as well. I think it did that before Kekkaishi did too, though I'm not sure.

I agree that the cover isn't all that great.

I know I'm pretty much a champion contrarion here by now, but I love that Birdmen cover. Great graphic design, something *sorely* missing from 99% of manga volumes, like... ever.

Nah, Maxy, I'm with you on this. First volume cover has a greta sense for colour composition and light nad ashadow play also works for it.

Hopefully the rest will follow in uniform style.

To be fair, the scan is pretty crappy. It looks like someone tried to increase the size from a smaller picture artificially. Perhaps seeing the actual tank will compliment the cover better?

I hope so. I'm really her fan and when I'm comparing it to her previous art for covers it don't look that good for me, so if there'll be a better quality picture I'll give it a second look.

Lol I love how the cover for Birdmen represents what happens in chapter 5 really well. Anyway can't wait for the volume to get out so I can import it :3

Though I must say I like the "Laughter in the End of the World" cover better. The cover is simply gorgeous. But well I'll just have to see how it really is when I have the volume in my hands.

Thanks! I actually knew that Tetra, Trigger, El Palacio and Biohazard ended but I wasn't sure if this volumes were their last. And I really was thinking that was Yowamushi this guys just looks like Onodera O.O Next time I'll be more cautious.
